A nice cafe serving Italian food in Somerset!

✔️ Nice vibes and atmosphere, great for chilling with friends
✔️ Wide variety of food options on the menu, with some unique flavors too
✔️ Food is not bad - for pizza, they have an option to top up for 2 flavors in 1 pizza, which I find to be really great and flexible! Tons of ingredients too.

✖️ Quite crowded, so suggest to make a reservation before heading down
✖️ Food is pretty pricey, I find it not so value-for-money for the portions

Overall, food is not bad and nice vibes. However, honestly don’t find it so value-for-money. Pretty expensive!

✔️ Food is not bad, this truffle fries came out freshly cooked with fragrant truffle aroma so it was really good! Not too heavy on truffle but still flavorful! It’s the thinner kind of fries, which is to my liking!

Their wacky flavoured thick cut potato chips are still a must-try! Perfect to munch on, the Dirty Cha Chaan Teng Fries ($17/ Regular) were so umami, addictive, and moreish. Think chunky, fluffy fries baked with mozzarella cheese, topped with little cubes of fried luncheon meat, a beautiful sunny egg, Japanese mayo, drizzles of hot sriracha sauce, parsley, shaved parmesan, scallions, and savoury chicken floss. Great for sharing and thankfully there is hardly any heat.

If you need a little spice, the Spicy Szechuan Chilli inspired Aglio Olio with Seafood ($19/ Petite, $30/ Regular) delivered a nice tickle to the throat - a little numbing but the heat level was pretty mild. Tossed with their homemade spicy savoury sauce, szechuan peppers, bird’s eye chilli, scallions, bombay onions, and garlic sprouts; the noodles were slurpy and al dente. The assortment of seafood (squid, shrimps, mussels, clams) was sweet, plump, and fresh-tasting. There were also rucola leaves, cherry tomatoes, and sliced farm mushrooms in the mix which helped cut the spice of the peppers.

Stuff yourself silly this joyous season with Supply & Demand’s newer additions!

To start, the California Maki Dip ($21) was a vibrant dish prepared with surimi, crunchy cucumber, tender avocado chunks, red onions, Japanese mayo, fresh lemon juice, tobiko, raw salmon chunks, scallions, nori and furikake. Served with flatbread, the Asian-inspired dip tasted exactly as expected (just like the namesake sushi roll sans the rice). A little pricey for the portion but it's a foolproof dish that is good for sharing.

A fun way to add fresh figs to the Christmas table, their Gorgonzola E Fichi (Regular 9” $28, Large 13” $32) was a very pleasant surprise. Bringing a bright festive twist, the tomato sauce-based dough was topped with mozzarella, bacon, gorgonzola cheese, rucola leaves, balsamic glaze, shaved parmesan, and onions. Very savoury and tangy. The Italian style thin-crust pizza had quite a bit going on but was overall pretty well-balanced as the slight funky taste of the gorgonzola cheese was countered with the sweetness of the fruit, the acidity of the glaze, and the punchy flavour of the rucola leaves. There was also plenty of bacon on each tender-chewy slice so that was satisfying.
