Melted cheddar cheese in a brioche bun with caramelized onions, garlic aioli and topped with a fried egg.
The old saying goes that a picture's worth a thousand words. Well, I'll let this picture do the talking!
Nestled in the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, this place offers the best Spize dishes with a slightly modern twist.
As basic as this dish seemed, every bite was heavenly! The noodles was cooked to perfection and the onsen egg just seal the deal. Not forgetting those tender ribeye fillets...
Restaurant with a good view of the Bukit Timah Nature reserve. Even though itβs location within Temasek Club along Rifle Range road makes accessing difficult, it is advisable to make reservations during meal times.
The seafood aglio olio was on point but the fried Hokkien mee on Opeh leave was just eggs with noodles and prawns. Safe to say we should stick to western dishes here.
Tastes great, very huge portion served with curly fries! Worth the price and good for friends and families to come
Fans of CROSSant rejoice! π Here's introducing to you the Croburg from Spize - as the name suggests, this is a hybrid of croissant π₯ & burger π. Instead of the usual buns, the star of the show π is the croissant-like pastry made with many more layers than a typical croissant for that extra flaky, crispy texture. π― Extremely buttery & delightful! π€€

Sandwiched within is a 400-days grain-fed Australian Wagyu beef π patty air flown from Melbourne, Australia. Comprising 80% Jack's Creek MBS 3 Chunk Tender & 20% Wagyu Fat, this sure is a thick patty! π

Complete with sunny side egg π³, creamy truffle aioli, melted cheddar cheese π§ & caramelized onions π, this is certainly a unique 'burger'! Love the side of crispy curly fries too! π
This spize outlet has such a great ambience especially if you pick the seats that overlooks the pool. Makes it so great to chill out. Had this Nasi Goreng Seafood that doesnβt scrimp on the seafood - there were four big mussels, squid, fish, crab meat and a big prawn. Sauce was sweet and sour as described. But thinking back, I think I still prefer my nasi goreng to be more savoury so Iβll go for another option next time instead.
