[CLOSED] Spinach Soup (Amoy Street Food Centre)

This came with spinach, egg, minced meat, prawns, mushrooms, wolfberries and macaroni! A clean tasting lunch that was light but not bland. Queue for this is q crazy tho, lucky to have arrived when it wasn’t toooo crowded yet

For those of you who watched Popeye during your growing up years - spinach does really make you strong .

Fresh tender spinach soup with three types of egg and an option to add on noodles , brown rice or macaroni .

Simple and hearty meal .

This is my new favourite at Amoy Hawker Centre. Its healthy and the portion is generous. It’s very reasonably priced too ($4). They always have a long queue but it moves fast. Uncles are really friendly too.

The winding queues are a good sign of a food treasure and the piping hot bowl of spinach soup was nutritious and very generous with ingredients. A light broth tasting of soy sauce and the spinach accompanied by the freshest prawns i've tried (you'll know when you sink your teeth in), salt marinated minced pork and a runny egg for just $4 with a carbs later, i left feeling extremely satisfied and healthy.

Amoy is indeed full of amazing hawker food :-)

Healthier choice of soup, served with macaroni. Spinach were well cooked and the soup doesn’t taste like sick person food, surprisingly (cause I don’t like veggie) The auntie was very nice too, introducing us the menu!
