[CLOSED] Soi 19 Thai Wanton Mee (Holland Village)

We got their signature Wanton Mee ($5.50) and their Thai Fried Pork ($7) and some extra Deep Fried Wantons ($7). The wanton mee was really springy and the black sauce was super savoury and nice! The chasiew was meh but PLEASE order the fried pork. They’re smothered in fried garlic and super crispy and satisfying!!

Slightly pricey for the small portion but the noodles were a great QQ consistency and paired well with the delicious fatty char siew. The bits of lard were welcomed and the crispy wanton was well seasoned.

Standard size at $5.50 plus $0.30 for takeaway. Add $1 for upsize. You have a choice of original or dark sauce.

I went for standard original this time. Including a side of Thai chicken wings for $7.

Firm noodles tossed with lard and crispy wings makes this a really good lunch!

It was good but I still prefer Sarawak Kolo Mee 😊

Gave up queuing for Nakhon but rlly wanted some Thai food so we headed there!! The upsized portion was almost just nice for a light eater like me. Noodles were springy like kolo mee. Seasoning & their lap cheong(?) were toooo sweet for my liking but they are generous with their pork lard OOOoOof, some good stuff.
