While waiting, we watch the chef cook it.
Sizz... Sizz... Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Sizz... Sizz... Can't wait to eat it.
We felt that although was chewy, tender & bouncey but was too oily.
Kinda sad as the fats didn't achieve melt in the mouth.😭
After having some pieces, start to feel jelak liao.
Now that I think of it, I still have that discomfort feeling.🤢
