First of all, timing in bringing out this order sucked. The ribs could have been more tender. It wasn't my favorite from Silantro.
Good flavor, but poorer would have preferred it was cooked less than 30 seconds than it actually was.
Fil-Mex version of New York's buffalo 🐃 wings. Instead of being tangy and hot, these wings were sweet and spicy. It could have been a bit more tender.
Talk about overloaded with the love of cheese.
