If you're a fan of pho, this flavorful Vietnamese noodle soup is a must-try! Known for its aromatic broth, tender meat, and fresh herbs, pho is the perfect dish for those who appreciate a balance of savory and fresh flavors.
Signs A Taste of Vietnam Pho
Sliced Pork + Balls Pho ($12)
I decided to try this vietnam shop near somerest mrt since food bloggers post about this shop. But their pho soup base was quite strong taste tbh and also their ingredients was quite a lot as I order pork combination to try it out:")
Pork w Prawn (2 Rolls) ($7)
I kinda regretted how hard it was for carrot tbh but mint leaves was not that strong compared to the past when I try it another vietnam shop.
Signs a Taste of Vietnam Pho is located at the basement of Orchard Gateway (#B2-15) and I’m pleasantly surprised by the authentic and homely pho served there by a Vietnamese couple.
I ordered the Beef Feast Combo ($13) which came with sliced beef ribeye, sliced beef shin and beef balls. The broth is very flavourful, though some might find it a little salty (doesn’t bother me though). The sliced beef is very soft and the beef balls are bouncy but not too hard - they go well with the chilli and hoisin sauce served on the side too. Overall, this is a very comforting bowl of pho, and I’m not even a fan of pho to begin with. Looking forward to trying the other items on the menu next time!
Chanced upon this Vietnamese restaurant and could not pass up a good bowl of pho! We ordered the Sliced Beef Ribeye, Chicken Wings, Iced coffee with Milk and Plum Lime Soda. Overall broth is yummy, beef slices are nice and tender. Pho noodles are cooked nicely :) Read that this place is opened and run by a Vietnamese couple who are deaf, even though we can’t communicate they are friendly and service is quick! Will definitely recommend and come back again :)
Hidden at the basement of orchardgateway is this popular Vietnamese restaurant managed by deaf couple.
Serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine such as pho, salad, spring roll and banh mi.
As for the pho, most people would go for their beef noodle soup. There’s a few options and I recommend the beef feast combo that comes with everything like beef ball and sliced beef.
Clear taste of the soup, do add lime and chili as you like. The beef was tender and chewy and generous amount in the bowl.
Do support them when you are nearby looking for a good meal.
love the pho! it's pretty cheap and affordable so def will try again
