This was served as one of the 3 amuse bouche.. Never had salty meringue before..ever!

I grew up eating this pork stew.. This is like a VW beetle in the 21st century... Taste is preserved.. Presentation was trendy..

Beautifully arranged cucumber salad with a side presentation show on salad dressing. Simple, yet refreshing..

The hotel I am staying at is actually quite amazing, beautiful pool, room and service. Plus Siam Paragon is just em, one minute away, with all the great Thai food. (Can I add my favourite supermarket in the world is right here?)

Certainly does not look like what you would imagine. This street food reincarnation as a terrine gets a full thumbs up for imagination.
