#Lunch #takeaway Transit size ( 1 base + 1 protein + 3 toppings + 1 sauce ) : Today I chose their healthy base (buckwheat soba, romaine, butterhead lettuce, spinach, cherry tomato) + yuzu honey chicken as my protein + onsen egg, broccoli, sweet corn + wafu plum dressing. This bowl costs S$ 13.90 đź‘Ť #burpple #burpplesg

Healthier lunch option. Yuzu-honey roast chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, corn tomatoes, spinach, romaine, butterhead lettuce, with wafu sauce. Picked the soba, which was a little too soggy. For $14.90, I think I very much prefer the soba over at Wheat.

Love that there are lots of these build-it-yourself salad places in the CBD. Shinkansen has gotta be one of my favourites for the freshness and generosity of their ingredients – yes, you can get full on a salad!

The Transit bowl gives you 1 base (mixed lettuce, spinach and cherry tomatoes with the options of soba or mixed grain sushi), 1 protein, 3 toppings and 1 sauce.

Mine here is customised with buckwheat soba, salmon sashimi, an onsen egg, toasted cashews and sliced almonds, momotaro tomatoes and yuzu mayo. Healthy food that tastes good. Yay!

For those who're working in the CBD, you're in for a treat at this newly opened sushi and salad bar which takes on a unique spin. Choose from 40 toppings to go along with your sashimi, salads, rice and even soba noodles. And true to their parent - Standing Sushi Bar, there's plenty of place to stand and eat here! Who says you can't combine Japanese food and rabbit greens together for a fun, tasty and healthy lunch?
