Located in the same coffee shop with Soo 11. An alternative choice of noodle if you prefer something roasted. I believe they are pretty good in preparation of roast meats.
Voted Top 10 eateries in West Zone, their Char Siew is well-marinated, nicely roasted, slightly sweet and tender.

From Shao Freshly Roasted, a rather new stall at the same coffee shop as Soi 19's stall at Jurong East that is pretty near the MRT station.
Run by a couple of young folks, they strive to serve up fresh roasted meat using modern cooking techniques yet at the same time, remain true to traditional flavours. Between the two meats, the Roasted Pork would be the better one in my opinion; though thinly-sliced, the roasted pork comprised with largely fatty slices that are gelatinous and tender with a crispy skin. The Char Siew came in chunky slices where one is able to get a taste of the meat more as compared to the roasted pork, but flavours were rather generic overall; that being said, it was considerably tender and not too dry. Unlike most places, Kolo Mee accompanies the meats instead — it's pretty chewy and actually pretty flavourful especially since it is tossed in black sauce (and chili sauce if you opt for it) — savoury and lightly spicy and with a few pieces of reasonably crisp pork lard at the bottom as well. It's not a bad eat overall if in the area, but not really sure how they would fare given Soi 19's just right around the corner ...
