Fragrant and tender salt baked fish. Love watching it unearthed from the layers of salt but did find that some parts can be a bit too salty
Lightly battered and crisp, enhanced with an addictive curry Mayo sauce.
Would recommend this over the wagyu sando (that was a buttery bun instead of expected white bread). Tender meat with nice char but not as much marbling as expected of wagyu
