This café is open on New Year’s day (01 Jan)! Decided to visit this café since we were in the area. The interior aesthetics are simple and classy, and the place is brightly lit with warm lighting. We popped in for brunch so here’s what we ordered:

• Small Breakfast (opted for scrambled eggs, and added on sautéed baby spinach, sautéed mushrooms and smoked salmon)
• Crab Meat Egg Benedict
• Black Panther cold brew
• Iced mint chocolate

Total bill: $57.20

The portion served for smoked salmon that I added on for my Small Breakfast is quite generous! Though I was slightly disappointed because I expected the baby spinach to be like creamy baby spinach – but that’s on me hahaha I’m not sure why I pictured creamy baby spinach when i read the sautéed baby spinach 😅 Love the crunch of the sourdough bread, it went very nicely with everything! The baby spinach is also nicely seasoned. My boyfriend was quite satisfied with his Crab Benedict too! Comes with ikura which is a nice touch. No comments for the cold brew since I can’t appreciate coffee, and as for the mint chocolate, it was thick and not too overpowering for the mint aftertaste. Price wise – typical café prices though it’s a bit on the pricey side for me 🥲 But I would still visit this place again!

Very good combo with mushroom cream, cheese sausage, fried kale, egg. Very thin rosti, the only downside is slightly over oily

With lots of pistachio bits, the texture was great and not sweet as well. Bonus for pretty latte art😍

Opened by @guzaorentaiwanporridge, @sengcoffeebar serves up cafe favourites and casual dining that combines fresh produce and great flavours. Plus a delectable dinner and dessert menu, complete with a selection of wines and drinks!😋

Here’s what we enjoyed for brunch…
👉Mentaiko Mac & Cheese - SGD18
penne, bacon, mentai cream, mozzarella cheese, parsley
👉Breakfast Feast - SGD20
sourdough, grilled bacon, grilled cheese sausage, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed baby spinach, grilled vine cherry tomato, guacamole, choice of egg (omelette)
👉Clams in White Wine Sauce - SGD15
served with sourdough
👉White - SGD5
👉Secret White Cold Brew - SGD8
tasting notes: chocolate, hazelnut, caramel

All in all, what we ordered didn’t disappoint, maybe except for the guacamole which was kinda watery and a tad bit too sour. Their sourdough bread and Secret White Cold Brew stood out the most for us.👍

You can expect the less common latte art here. Swipe left👈 to check out mine!

❗️Weekday Happy Hour 4-7PM: SGD9 pints when you dine-in

Black Goma Latte Iced ($8+)
Tbh this was more milky rather than the gao (thick) black ssm flavour I was expecting. Personally much prefer it to be more grainy and stronger in flavour - so this is not really worth its price.
