Tea Time Tried their cny flavoured éclairs - yuzu and ispahan, and it was yums and so pretty. Paired with earl grey latte ☕

Brown Sugar Boba Waffle ($12) Crisp and buttery waffles topped with freshly cooked boba pearls, brown sugar jelly and hojicha soft serve .

Hojicha Soft Serve It melts fast but it is nice. Take a quick picture and eat.

Newly opened Edith Pâtisserie Cake Bar is an extension of the bakery outlet and is located a stone’s throw away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Being a cafe concept, the cake bar has a variety of cakes and bakes, including plated desserts and beverages. We tried the Chocolate Waffles ($13) when we were there, and it comes with butter waffles, topped with their signature honey soft serve and a good drizzle of salted caramel sauce. The sides are decorated and loaded with chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Overall, a very decent waffle order, with the good balance of sweet and savoury. The Assembly Ground Cozy cafe with soothing vibes! Great for all occassions! The truffle pasta was delicious,though a little jelat (too creamy) towards the end. Overall a pleasant experience.

Mains + Ice Cooler set (1-for-1) Was in the area today and decided to have brunch here! Here’s what we ordered: • The Assembly Brunch (smoked salmon) • Umami Prawn • Osmanthus sencha • Iced lemon tea Not included in Burpple deal: Sweet & spicy pork bites (We added this on separately to share!) Total bill: $47.10 (incl. GST & Service charge) It’s not my first time here, I like their food and have been to both of their outlets a couple of times! My first time ordering their brunch option though – be warned that it is a VERY generous portion. My boyfriend couldn’t finish it 🥲 Have ordered the umami prawn a couple of times and it has always been consistently good! Hint of umami, butter and seafood. Portion was a little big today though. As for the sweet & spicy pork bites, I’m glad to announce that the reviews did not disappoint! It was crisp and juicy, and not very fatty. It paired very well with the kicap manis dip! (In fact, the kurobuta sausage from the brunch paired very well with the dip too) Last but not least, the ice cooler osmanthus sencha was so good! (Can’t say the same about the iced lemon tea though) The drink was light and floral, and sweetened perfectly with honey. I really enjoyed this drink 👍🏼

The assembly (beef) burger Second time ordering this after being very impressed the first time and having given a great review previously. However, consistency may be an issue here and the beef this time was somewhat ... lacklustre and didn't taste as great as before. The beef wasn't as juicy, and appeared to be of an inferior cut. Hope this was simply an anomaly. Service was good though. Rating: 6.7/10

Korean Hotpot ($23.90++) Chanced upon 90 Minutes while scrolling through Burpple Beyond deals & was intrigued by their Korean Hotpot concept. At $23.90++ per pax, you get a choice of soup base, and unlimited servings of soft drinks (which comes by the tumbler) as well as a variety of cooked & uncooked ingredients. Cooked items includes items such as tofu oden (which is really rare), mandu (Korean dumplings), fried seaweed wrapped Korean glass noodles-just to name a few. We went with 90 mins The Best combination, which is a mixture of their homemade, gungjung & volcano sauce; giving you that spicy kick with every spoonful. For the hotpot ingredients, you've got your usual suspects of vegetables, shrooms, ramyeon, glass noodles and meats (chicken & pork). There will be a staff present to assist with the picking of items & there is a wastage fee of $5 per 100g. Once your meal is done & you're down to a lil' bit of soup, you also get a portion of rice, seaweed, corn & kimchi which is fried on the spot with the remaining soup; kinda like a kimchi fried rice. This satisfying meal was available as 1 for 1 for the month of Jun & Jul, so quickly redeem it if you're on beyond. Otherwise, the usual deals of 30% off your tots bill is still available.

90 minutes lunch buffet 📍90 minutes (dhoby ghaut/bencoolen) @90minutes.sg Adult Weekday Lunch Buffet ($15.90++) Appetisers - Deep Fried Snacks Twigim (튀김) The twigim was cooked a nice golden colour and were perfectly crispy on the outside without being overly greasy. We got fried chicken wings, Gimmari (crispy seaweed wrapped around glass noodles), fried sweet potato and fried mandu! We highly recommend the gimmari 김말이, a popular korean street food snack thats crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. . Korean Hotpot - Assorted Tteok We went with the Classic soup base were pleasantly surprised when the soup turned out on the sweeter side! Those looking for a spicier soup can go for “The Best” or “The Bomb” where they add volcano sauce 🌋 or even try your hand at making your own sauce combi! We were delighted by the spread of foods we could add into our hotpot! The vegetable selection was quite good with your standard greens. Those looking for tteokbokki will surely not be disappointed as they have your classic long tteok as well as cheese-filled, sweet potato tteok and fun shaped tteok! Our personal favourites were the cheese and sweet potato ones as the fillings would ooze out once boiling in the broth. There was also eomuk (fishcake) on stick which really reminded us of the cold winter days in korea when we would huddle under food trucks and fill up on fish cake soup and skewers 🍢 . Kimchi Fried Rice Stuffed from the hotpot, we requested for a smaller portion of rice. We made sure to pile on some pork collar and wangbok greens to add more flavour to the mixture! A generous amount of seaweed, luncheon meat, sweet corn and kimchi were tossed into the pot along with rice and the staff would fry up some delicious Korean fried rice right in front of you! . Taste: 4.5/5 Stonks: 4.5/5 Overall: 4.5/5 . We came here on a weekday lunch and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded! :D We really enjoyed our meal at 90minutes as the food was great and definitely value for money and the staff were friendly and attentive! We highly recommend leaving some space for the fried rice meal and saving some meat for that as well! It was really a great way to end our meal and we were so satisfied!! Will definitely be paying a visit to 90 minutes again for the hearty, value-for-money korean hotpot that they provide!

Fly-ed Rice What do you normally do when you’re done with your hotpot? Turn it off, loosen your belt one last time and let out a legendary belch that can be heard around the world, right? Here, you finish your hotpot by frying rice in the same broth that you were previously using to cook all your meats & veg.⠀ ⠀ The broth has been fortified by the flavours of everything you’ve been cooking in the pot, and all of that flavour is suffused into the rice, corn & seaweed. There’s no egg added into this rice, and it’s really just a fried rice. However, remember when I said that the cheese & corn was a surprise tool that would help us later? Well, the time is now.⠀ ⠀ After the waitstaff is done frying up your rice, quickly dump all that cheese corn into the rice while it’s screaming hot for a sexy, stretchy & sumptuous carb & cheese laden end to your little pot session. Jap Lunch Came on a weekend, it was pretty crowded but the seats turn around rate was fast so we waited about 15 mins only. Enjoy the black garlic udon and the broth was flavourful. For the sides, Shitake mushroom was good, sweet potato was thick and I prefer the plain croquet to the creamy snow crab version. Spent $23+ in total for two. 👍

Managed to book a month ago 50% Eatigo discount slot for 2 pax today at 5pm. The Eatigo discount is applicable for ala carte menu except drinks, topping and set. I wanted to try their beef after eating their pork more than a year ago (also booked the 50% Eatigo slot). We had the wagyu beef boneless ribs and it is really what the menu describe as melt in your mouth. We keep nodding our head when savouring the cooked wagyu beef, it's simply heavenly. WB chose the garlic pork skirt meat again as he preferred less fatty meat. WORST KOREAN FOOD Ordered Sundubu Jjigae, Beef Japchae and beef bibimbap. The Sundubu jjjgae was only 1/4 full when it was delivered. There was barely any toufu or egg or pork. Just a few pathetic onions and stale clams. The beef in both the japchae and bibimbap was overcooked and inedible. Bibimbap came without the sauce. I reached out at 6+pm to let them know the issues and the staff said they will check and get back. 3 hours later, they just said they are sorry and it won’t happen again. I paid $60 for this extremely unsatisfying meal with zero service recovery.

HUGE portion of bingsu no longer 1-for-1 but spend above $12 for a free mango sago pomelo or red bean paste with mochi balls. was still a good deal as we went there for the bingsu anyway & 2 bingsus would have been WAY too much given the huge bingsu size. about 1.5 times the size served at omma's at about 2/3 their price. only thing is their ice isn't sweetened so you'd need to continue to pour the condensed milk given every once in awhile - not an issue because generous serving of condensed milk too. we got the injeolmi one that had freeze dried strawberries bits inside and another ingredient that made the bite so interesting and flavourful. sago was mellow & unimpressionable but not bad, just standard lor. went at about 8pm & it was quite empty so we could sit in the cute ball pit! highly recommend, especially for families.

Cool Place Worth the experience, it is like a mini playground with nice Chinese music. Burpple deal is buy an item above $12 to get mango sago or black bean paste free. Prices are net. Worth the deal ❤️

Thai Style Bingsu & Mango Sago Pomelo • Thai Style Bingsu ($16.90) • Mango Sago Pomelo ($6.90) Was overwhelmed with the taste of the Thai style Bingsu. Better than expected. The cream really paired well with the Bingsu and there’s like cereal or some sort in the Bingsu which makes it taste better too. Almost neglected the complimentary mango pomelo from beyond redemption. But it would be better if it’s colder? Love the Bingsu though!

Great service and marinated meat for bbq It’s pretty alright for the hotpot/bbq, nothing fancy but have to agree that they do serve decent quality of meat (esp the marinated pork belly). Apart from that it’s just alright but wouldn’t come back again tho! Total damage $30/pax and do take note that they charge soup base separately. Food 2/5 Service 3.8/5 Ambience 3/5 Price point 2.8/5

(but food was gd) ate this at the start of the year so i can’t rmb exactly how much we paid but i think it amounted to around $30 per person???? which was waaaaay more than we expected for a burpple deal 😤😤 we did top up drinks and other food but i don’t think we expected it to cost that much n we basically concluded that we were scammed. but the food was gd ngl, had a huge variety of marinated meats and seafood and vegetables! the tom yum soup and tomato soup we got was vvvv tasty. also was served by a rly friendly waitress who kept checking in with us to change the oil sheet and top up soup 🥰 but ya other than that the burpple deal rly did nth much for us lol

Affordable BBQ + Hot Pot Soup base and drinks were additional charges so total bill for 2 pax added up to $60 after GST & Service Charge. They had a wide spread of selection for BBQ & Hot Pot which makes it seems affordable because you get to enjoy both in a price! The ingredient were all nice and there’s also seafood selection like bamboo clam / clams etc. Quite a good deal.

Pulled chick ($11.90). I chose the pulled chick burger that was fully packed with shredded slow-cooked chicken, fresh lettuce and their in-house secret sauce. Imagine pulled pork but chicken in a burger! No doubt it was a glorious mess, bursting with a smoky sweet barbecue flavour, coupling with the tangy slaw to cut through the sweetness. Extremely juicy, smooth and moist!

Classic cheese ($12.90, +$3 for meal). After reading several reviews, I finally got to try the burgers from Out of the Bun located in GR.ID. The small shop features a hipster interior with an open kitchen concept where we can see how the burgers are made. While I am not a beef eater, I took a small bite off the classic cheeseburger, assembled with a grilled Black Angus Beef patty, fresh lettuce & tomatoes, secret sauce, cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, and in-house dill pickles. Just as what the partner mentioned, the beef patty was very juicy and seemed to be hand made. The buttered buns here are definitely worth mentioning because of its pillowy texture. Pair the burger with a side and a drink to make it a meal. We had the sweet potato fries that can’t really go wrong.

A remarkable date spot with your s/o Visited Kamikaze @ GR.iD on a Tuesday night and ordered (1) Fried Bacon with Enoki Mushroom, (2) Salmon Teriyaki Don with Onsen Egg, (3) Bucket of Hoegaarden, and (4) Skewers (Pork Collar, Pork Belly, Chicken Heart, and Shiitake Mushroom). Ambience: 9/10 (for a date with your s/o) Kamikaze @ GR.iD had a very welcoming, chill, and cool ambience. If you are situated at the outdoor dining space, you would be welcomed with a gorgeous scenery of the neon-filled Prinsep St. - with the most iconic being Life of Liquor and Club FML. On the other hand, at the inside of Kamikaze, you will notice a calming indoor water wall instalment, atmospheric table lamps, and a spacious dining area. This would make a perfect date spot especially if you are sat at the extreme corner of the outdoor dining space, where there's an ambundance of privacy and captivating scenery. Service: 6/10 The customer service was up to standard, with the server being friendly, readily available, and prompt in attending to our orders, queries, and additional request. Flavour: 5/10 Albeit very affordable with a filling portion size, the flavours of the food was disappointingly average, with the best tasting being the Chicken Heart Skewers and the most disappointing being the Shiitake Mushroom Skewers. With the skewers, they were largely overcooked, short of juiciness, and lacked flavour, where it almost felt like no marination was done during the preperation of the food items. However, the Chicken Hearr Skewer is a high recommendation as it was very savoury and cooked to perfection. The remainder of my orders were about what you would expect given the dish and price point - pretty average. Overall, this is a very good spot with a remarkable ambience for a casual night out with your colleagues or a date with your s/o without breaking your bank!

Ferris Wheel Fries [15.90] Super cute wheel of fries in baskets of cheese, mala, wasabi, salted egg and seaweed. Fries wise these act more like vehicles for flavour being mostly batter with little potatoey goodness. There are the tried and tested flavours: umami seaweed and creamy mayo, the unconventional sweet salted egg and kicks of heat from the wasabi and mala. For the crispy lovers these are great while hot, but soggy lovers too can enjoy as the fries can really soak up the seasonings overtime.

Maple Pecan Acai Bowl | $9.90 a good basic bowl of acai topped with fruits, maple pecan granola and coconut flakes! personally am a more-fruits-on-acai kinda person so i would have preferred if there’s more acai bowl topping options

Matcha Oat Latte (Less Sweet) | $7 fragrant, earthy & creamy goodness ✨ this was sooo good, love that smoothness that lingers on your tongue with a hint of sweetness!
