BYB with Tapioca chips and dip tried heybo using deliveroo pickup because i saw the reviews were pretty decent for a healthy grain bowl and boy this did not disappoint! Love the range of unique sauces they have from beetroot chipotle to edamame avo as well as the yummy sides — i chose to have the tri-colored quinoa, roasted pumpkin, mushrooms, and eggplant, lemomgrass chix, beetroot chipotle & pesto. generous portions and yummy taste, genuinely impressed!

Protein bowl my second time here. didn’t really enjoyed my first time maybe bcos i ordered the wrong ingredients. but this time round i chose the soba, chicken, avocado purée, corn, garlic sprinkle, onsen egg and some tofu. everything was so good and i wiped it clean!!!

Protein Bowl ($10.90) my really healthy lunch i enjoyed the soba as the base with the lemongrass grilled chicken and the avocado purée the most. the pumpkin was not bad either. brussels sprouts were a bit hard. and my only disappointment was that the egg was very over cooked. it’s supposed to be an onsen egg with an oozey yolk but looking at what was served.. the egg whites just disintegrated with a solid egg yolk

Amazing Croissants 🥐 ✨Almond Croissant✨ Texture - crispy outside with a soft, smooth and buttery texture inside. If you enjoy nutty flavour pastries but you do not want any filling in your croissant, this is the perfect one for you. 💰: $5 📈: 8/10 ✨Green Tea Almond Croissant✨ This is a favourite among my friends and family. The green tea filling inside was rich, yet it did not taste sweet. The pastry is not as fluffy as the others due to the filling, but it still retains the crispy texture people love about croissant! This is a pastry that even the elderly can enjoy. 💰: $5.50 📈: 9/10 ✨Croissant✨ This has no flavouring or toppings added to it. The butter flavour is not too strong and not too oily. It does not have a distinctive fragrant. It was also flaky, hence little bits flew out when I took a bite. Personally, I find this a little too plain, but it is the cheapest and it pairs well with coffee. 💰: $3.50 📈: 8/10

Delicious Pastries✨ ✨Cappuccino✨ This coffee is more sour than bitter, which I’m not really a fan of. It’s still a good cup of coffee, just not a fan of the beans they use. 💰: $5.20 (reg) 📈: 7/10 ✨Almond Chocolate Crossaint✨ This was light and crispy. There is mixed textures, with the outer part being hard and crispy, while the inside is soft and buttery. The almond tasted slightly roasted, which adds a smoky flavour to the pastry, adding a crunchy texture to it. Despite it being a chocolate croissant, it was neither sweet nor jelak. The chocolate filling inside was just enough to give a little chocolate taste, but it also does not overpower the natural buttery croissant flavour. 💰: $5.50 📈: 9/10 ✨Apple Kouign Amann✨ This was really sticky and sugary. It stuck on my teeth quite a few times while chewing. The apple slices inside were very thinly sliced and soft. But the whole pastry was too sweet, hence I wouldn’t recommend ordering this. 💰: $5.50 📈: 7/10

Chocolate Danish Was not the croissant danish that I was expecting, but more of a chocolate chip bread which was really soft and fluffy when heated up. Was worth a try but ordinary and would go for the more popular danish pastries instead.

Classic Acai Bowl ($12.90) Can share between 2 people. Honestly, the flavour and size is better than some other places but there's a weird subtle end taste where it will remind you of the smell food will get when they've been in the freezer for too long. So-so for me!

Above Average Mala cucumbers and scrambled eggs were tasty. But the reason I came here was to try the beef brisket and I was kinda disappointed. The gravy was pretty good but the meat itself was kinda dry. Sort of like a pulled pork texture. Soft and tender, but dry because the meat itself didn’t have enough fat. I guess it’s healthier lol. As a whole, I did enjoy the entire bowl.

Cacao Bliss Acai Bowl ($12.90) Here’s a challenge: try to finish eating this bowl without dropping anything on the table. I couldn’t, it’s such a full bowl with so much fruits and granola! The chia seed parfait is layered at the bottom, but when the acai melts it mixes into the chia seed parfait which is quite yummy. I would prefer this less sweet though. This bowl is big enough for a meal on its own.

Grilled Chicken Salad Chicken is tender and juicy. For $12.90, this salad is a good deal!

mentaiko salmon [$14.90] food: it was ok! not too bad but nothing too eye-opening! onsen egg was well-cooked, but it's a little pricey in general for the amount of fish you get

Protein Platter | $18.90 With over 70g of protein! Grilled steak, grilled chicken breast, white fish, scrambled eggs, sweet potato and broccoli. Was extremely impressed with the chicken breast as it was well seasoned, tender and not too dry.

Cinnamon loaf I quite liked the cinnamon swirls, it's barely strong enough to enjoy on its own but also light enough to go with jam. Slightly heavier crumbs, and quite good overall

Mushroom And Tomatoes Quiche Pretty good quiche just that it was relatively cold on the inside because I refused the use of the microwave oven and opted for the toaster . So in fear of the quiche burning , the shop attendant placed the quiche in quickly and then took it out . Moist and eggy with a pretty generous serving of tomatoes, plump onions and mushrooms . I still prefer Starbucks’s version of the spinach and mushroom quiche but not anymore since they have halved the size of the quiche while prices still remain the same 😭.

Rosemary Chicken [$8.50] Choice of bread: golden pumpkin bap. Roasted chicken taste really great with the cranberry jam! This is one of my go to options for lunch. Not only is it fast and convenient, it is super yummy!

Greek Baklava Crispy filos, rose water syrup, Pistachios, vanilla ice cream

Grilled Souvlaki Since we are here for some Greek Mediterranean cuisine, then we shouldn’t leave without trying some of their grill items here. Based on the menu, all their meat comes from Australia and the grills items are grilled with charcoal. You get to choose different meat to go, which we gotten the marinated pork skewers; served with roma tomato, onion, tzatziki and pita bread.

Spicy Tempeh Kale Salad For vegetarian salad option, choose this if you want something heavier for the taste. It did taste light spicy with the mixed of kale, tempeh, roasted chickpea, beetroot and sesame seeds.

Make Your Own Bowl A healthy choice by ingredients and ability to select non carb options but the marinates were too salty

DIY bowl Haakon offers the option to DIY your own protein bowls. On my many visits, I’ve always found their ingredients to be extremely fresh and up to scratch. I added a salmon sashimi, half an avocado, roasted pumpkin and garlic flakes on a quinoa base. Their bowls are utterly delicious and the coffees they serve pretty good as well.

Frozen Acai Bowl (7.90sgd) Small sized classic acai bowl paired with cappuccino. Pricey for the quantity. Nothing exceptional.
