Value for money especially with B1F1! We love going to Wine & Kitchen whenever were in the area for their delicious pastas and worth-it Happy Hour! A very cosy establishment tucked in a corner of 111 Somerset perfect for casual lunches to quiet dates. Their Risotto ($25) never fails to let us down, with rich and creamy risotto paired with chunks of earthy mushrooms. Three stalks of crunchy asparagus crown the dish together with a drizzle of chilli oil. Wow. We also had the Truffle Mushroom Aglio Olio ($25) which was addictively garlicky with a touch of heat. The drizzle of truffle oil really elevated this dish and left me wanting more after the last strand of pasta. Completing the meal was a glass of Happy Hour Osmanthus G&T at $11. With the Burpple 1 for 1 deal for pastas, the total came up to about $42. Perfect!

Spaghet lunch 🍝 The marinara spaghetti was not bad for a Thursday lunch with the coworkers ✨ but the sauce was a bit underwhelming in the sense that there wasn’t that much flavor to it. But I did enjoy the pasta- it was more of like a linguine type! And the seafood was okay as well, again, it didn’t really have much flavor to it?? I guess this dish overall was okay but I feel like there are other amazing pasta dishes you can get for a cheaper price at other places. I guess this place is more catered to meats/bbq/grilling that kind of thing so I can understand why their spaghetti wouldn’t be amazing ya kno? Deal used: 1-for-1 main dish lunch

Chicken thigh The chicken was juicy and the accompanying salad was surprisingly tasty. The mashed potatoes were ok. The sauce could have been better but overall with a Burpple 1 for 1 deal it was a yummy and value meal.

Nice food to pair with beer or wine Seafood risotto was delicious. Ingredients were fresh and generous. My hubby had the chicken. Sauce was also delicious. We ended the meal with the pistachio dessert. Not really to my liking abit too sweet. And the ice cream was pandan flavour. Not pistachio. Was expecting for pistachio ice cream hehehe. Burrata Pizza ($28++) Back here for our fave burrata pizza with prosciutto add on ($8++) Cheese is as milky and creamy as before, though the whole pizza is duller both in colour and in taste. Nice light dinner at Picolino Orchard The Spinach & Riccotta Cheese Tortilini was So so good ! We finished it before we could take a pic. Side of Pizzetta was perfect for a light dinner for 2pax

pasta, risotto and calamari ($80) craving for pasta so we went for the Mafaldine cacio e pepe served with a fried egg. pasta and the black pepper cream sauce was good. the hamburg, however which was a $8 top up was a disappointment. it was rather tough to cut it and also tasted dry. it was also heavily seasoned with salt as well 😕 so yes, pls just skip the patty mushroom risotto was a September special which was not bad! opted for a side of calamari which was a good choice. it was crispy, not oily and easy to chew!

Crispy chicken with tangy dip This is really crunchy and delicious paired with a tangy dip.

🥓 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗱 ($𝟭𝟴). 𝗪𝗼𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 一品锅’𝘀 mission is to serve up authentic and premium zichars dishes all while keeping the price point affordable. We were treated to a feast of their signature dishes and were especially impressed by their 🥓 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗱 ($𝟭𝟴). On first look, it seemed rather dry but it was actually soft, flavourful and the fermented red beancurd flavours really shined through.

🥘 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 ($𝟯𝟮) Their 🥘 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 ($𝟯𝟮) was served in a claypot filled to the brim with half a fish head and a generous amount of fried beancurd puffs, eggplants, lady’s fingers and long beans. The curry gravy was so flavourful and not too spicy, you would definitely want to drench a bowl of rice with it. 🤤🍛

Delicious and cheap Food was delicious, especially for the price. Had the seafood bisque pasta and it came with a generous amount of seafood and the pasta absorbed the bisque flavour delightfully. Their drinks are also great, had their passionfruit drink.

Dinner at Long Black Cafe Excellent service and food. However, portion of food may not be sufficient for some. Restaurant serves early dinner too with nice ambience.

Pizza Pancetta E Jalapeno $30++ My favourite pizza because I absolutely love anything with bacon and cheese! What’s even better was the white cream sauce they use instead of tomato sauce as the base sauce for the pizza, which gave the pizza the creamy and cheesy boost on top of the cheese toppings and made the whole pizza so flavourful with the bacon and the chewy pizza crust.

Pizza Salsiccia Ragu $32++ Super flavourful pizza with generous toppings of pork sausages and lots of cheese on a tomato base pizza. The eggs also added creaminess to each bite as it was partially cooked and still flowy, acting like a creamy sauce and more flavour to the pizza. The pizza crust was chewy too and went really well with the combination of toppings.

Linguini Al Granchio $36++ Linguine was al dente, with a thick creamy tomato based crab sauce that coated the pasta entirely. Would have preferred other pastas to this as this was slightly one-dimensional, and had a strong seafood flavour to it, which might not be enjoyed by all. Otherwise, I enjoyed the texture of the pasta and the creamy thick sauce with the crab meat pieces.

yumyum bumbum squid ink pasta was garlicy salty in a good way, prawn and clams were fresh. lamb shank was bigger portion than expected, it is tender but tough at some areas. ordered the $30 family platter for sides, it was well worth and good portion. truffle cheese fries were goated but wish they were served hot. chicken skin is crispy and fragrant but can get overwhelming, so you should share with someone.. other good points were that there was also live music and karaoke where u can pick the songs and sing. the place has a nice ambience and excellent service. 7.5/10 worth a try!!

CEMPEDAK SQUID: Squid is chewy & coated with cempedak sauce; sauce is peppery & mildly sweet with pronounced cempedak taste & aroma; worth a try.. SHIITAKE & BAMBOO SHOOTS: Mushroom & bamboo shoot are well-braised with crunchy bite; sauce is flavorful with medley of spices & with distinct star anise taste.. SATAY CHICKEN: Chicken cube is tender & coated with satay sauce; sauce is fragrant, nutty & towards sweet side..

Mentaiko Pasta We tried this Mentaiko pasta today at Pasta & Co. It was pretty good! The seared scallops were good as well! Would definitely come back and try the others.

Delicious Pasta at Fortune Center Typical of fortune center, some seats in a separate area from the store. My friend and I ordered the Vongole Rigatoni and Ragu Fusilli using the 1-for-1 coupon. Tasting sized portion was small but staff was very transparent about it and showed us the pasta portion beforehand. Suggest to upgrade both to full sized, looks pretty value for money as well. (Picture is tasting portion) You can choose the type of pasta you want. Pasta itself is a little lacking in salt but the flavour of the sauce is pretty good. Would choose the pastas that have more surface area for the sauce in the future. Overall rating: 8/10

Chirashi lunch set Given for the $48 lunch set, sashimi was not fresh, no umami, cucumber was not even Japanese, but rice was definitely chewy. Will not come again. 2/5

Butter Chicken ($28) Quite a unique combi and while the butter chicken couldn't replicate the creamy goodness of the authentic ones, it still passed muster. Loved the addition of the pickled onions as well, giving every bite a nice crunch and a slight tang.

Plant Square ($26) A medley of colourful veges adorned over a beautiful tomato sauce atop a delicious sourdough base. Think semi-dried tomatoes, huge black olives, slices of grilled eggplant and zucchini, slivers of mushrooms and bell peppers and artichokes. Lovely variety and all coming together so well. The accompanying chilli oil was pure goodness as well - drizzle it onto your pizza and also the crust for an added oomph.

Avocado & Coppa pizza We ordered two pizza - one red and one white: 1. Avocado & Coppa pizza I loved the crust and bread base of the pizza. I don’t really taste any avocado but I also enjoyed this pizza very much. The portion is quite huge. I think 2 pizzas can feed 3-4 ppl. I think the pizzas are of good quality and would come again. We also tried the Honey&lemon with soda homemade spritz. It tastes a little like kombucha.
