I had always wanted to try the Soontofu here but the biggest question was whether it was worth so much money to eat a Tofu soup.

So I finally stepped into the restaurant and ordered just the Seafood Soontofu (S$21.00), and I didn’t expect that I was served with lots of Panchan, a stone bowl of rice, a whole fish (although it wasn’t very big to be fair) and a piping hot bowl of Soontofu, with their Tofu freshly made daily. The soup was flavourful and sufficiently spicy in an appetising way, and all these food was already enough to fill my stomach. This must be very comforting during a rainy day, but it would be satisfying at other weather situations no less.

On top of that, they also had their free flow Corn Tea at S$1.00 per pax.

Would 100% recommend if you are a Korean foodie!!!
Side dishes are fillable and the kimchi are Fantastic!
Ordered 2 Combo meals along with a Seafood Pancake for 4Pax. Spent $111.50 in total, approx $28 each.

Would recommend the Grilled chicken combo with Orginal Beef soup, ordered it and the group enjoyed it! Seafood Pancake tasted good & the portion was worth it!
Kimchi soup was unique, gave it a try as it was new on the menu. Friends enjoyed it, but personally didnt as it didn't had many ingredients.
Tried the Bulgogi, wasn't anything fascinating so would advise to avoid.

Overall food was great but if you are a heavy guy eater like me, I would say this won't be very filling. But nevertheless it's a great experience of quality Korean food! So would still recommend!

We’ve had SBCD’s soontofus a couple of times but always had it delivered. Finally got a chance to dine in and while it was delish, the whole dining in process was painfully slow - terribly long wait for a weird lunch hour on the weekend.

We had the bulgogi + soontofu combo ($32.9) and opted for another assorted soontofu so we could have a bit of everything - beef, clam, crab, shrimp and squid in the soup. The tofu was so good - if only they sold them for home cooking 😂 came also with hot stone bowl rice (scoop them into the metal bowl; unless you love that crispy layer of rice stuck below - of which you’re recommended to add corn tea to get nurungji!)

It was very, very filling. Rich, tasty and not too spicy (good that we had the option to choose spiciness level). Bulgogi was quite enjoyable too! We also really loved the deep fried yellowtail which was served as a banchan and happily added on another at $2. Super crispy, could finish almost in its entirety.

Will definitely pop by again!

Kimchi Pancake ($27.90++)
They actually asked if we wanted more crispy, which we did, and it did come more crispy (compared to the ARC experience). Personally felt that this kimchi flavour was more to my liking - the previous one was slightly too sour for my liking.

Really enjoyed the service here, so if you are interested to try, I'd reco going for the Millenia Walk/ Tanking Pagar outlet! Also really glad for @fuzzieapp once again, because 30% off total bill made it a lot more affordable.

Overall Rating: 7/10

Fried Dumpling ($14.90++)
Their fried Mandu is really crispy, and I liked that the fillings are flavourful, although the price isn't exactly cheap either.
