Quite a beauty to look at. Served with cold lobster that was sadly a little lackluster, but textures were great with a soft burst of saltiness from marinated fish roe, crispy shrimp and a good bite from the al dente pasta. Can't help but compare this to its more affordable version of Sakura ebi pasta at Saveur which I prefer considering the price point. #burpple
Liked the Roasted French Quail which was tender with a crisp skin, perched atop a delish truffled mashed potato with a lovely burgundy sauce. Also enjoyed the Grilled Norwegian Salmon for a light yet tasty main, or go for the Pork & Artichoke Barigoule for a meaty affair. A delightfully wobbly egg perched atop a #truffle potato #mousseline with a swirl of fragrant brown butter. Roasted macadamia nuts sprinkled on top lent texture and a nutty aroma 😌😋 #burpple
