As Sapporo is the birthplace of ramen noodles in miso broth, this is a classic-styled dish of the region topped with fine-sliced onions.

Pork Belly Chasyu
A Concept store under Ramen Keisuke so it also has free-flow of white and brown hard boiled eggs and beansprouts.

โ€œBean sprouts are commonly used as miso ramen toppings, adding a crunchy delight to your bowl of ramen. The first person to use bean sprouts as a topping was Morito Omiya, the inventor of Sapporo Miso Ramen. Since then, bean sprouts are widely recognized as a ingredient typical stir-fried in Sapporo Miso Ramen.โ€- https://www.myojousa.com/recipe/steamed-bean-sprouts/#:~:text=In%20Japanese%2C%20we%20call%20bean,inventor%20of%20Sapporo%20Miso%20Ramen.

The soup had a thinner consistency with a refreshing ginger element, reminding us more of Chinese pork soups. We couldnโ€™t discern any โ€˜scorchedโ€™ element (wherein the soup is first scorched to impart a smoky element) and found their yellow Sapporo-style noodles to be on the softer side. Not a bad bowl per se but just not anything memorable.

We enjoyed the firmer, thicker noodles that were well-coated by the broth.

Another new concept by Keisuke, a place focus on Hokkaido specialty ramen.

Their miso ramen definitely must try when you are here. While you could go for the original one, the spicy version added a much stronger taste to the broth.

The butter & corn special creating much more richer flavours to it, with a piece of butter melting in the broth. The normal texture of the noodle already chewy enough for me.

Thereโ€™s also a few slice of pork belly, which you also can choose to go for the pork loin instead. $22.25

At Sapporo Misono, the newest concept store by @ramen_keisuke which specialise in Hokkaido-specialty ramen!

Unlike the other outlets, Sapporo Misono uses specially aged yellow Sapporo noodles which have less moisture for a more springy-chewy texture. Choose between the Miso Ramen (from $12.90), Spicy Miso Ramen ($13.90) or Scorched Shoyu Ramen ($11.90)

Side dishes not to be miss:
* Char Mayo ($5), made of diced Chasyu and mayonnaise
* Hokkaido Potato Mochi ($6.90), a chewy pan-fried snack made of Hokkaido grated potatoes and glutinous rice flour, glazed with teriyaki sauce and butter
