Salai M'an (Berseh Food Centre)

I didn’t notice of this stall until my recent visit to this food centre. I saw the serving to their customs and it looks delicious, so decided to return back to have a try for their burger.

A humble Halal western food stall at the corner, serving not just burgers but also hotdog and platter.

The rendang kampong comes with piece of juicy grill beef patty, topped with homemade rendang sauce. I definitely like the smokey taste.

All burger comes with fries as well.

Returned again to Salai'man. Previous time here was very good, but not filling.

This time round, ordered extra patty and upgraded the fries to cheese fries.

Beef patty was damn juicy. Consistently as good as the previous time.

This time round very filling.

Opened in 2022, Salai M'an serves a wide selection of smoked meats and burgers.

And one of the burgers that was highly recommended by 8days was this Rendang Burger.

The beef was grilled well and has a distinct smoky taste. And the rendang sauce was good too and was very compatible with the beef.

Fries nothing special, just additional fillers.

Overall, this is an excellent beef burger, pity only the size of it can't fill me, have to find additional food here at Berseh food centre. Lucky me, there's good food nearby to fill me.
