I really wanted to try this pasta and I think it fared surprisingly well! The clams we had were fresh, while the pasta sauce was savoury yet light on the palate AND infused into the pasta, unlike the previous pasta place that I recently posted about oops.

Ok pardon the ugly pic but this was the true champ of the meal actually as we didn’t expect the fries to be so crisp yet potato-ey (in the sense that you could still taste the nice starchy potato, and not just air in the fries ykwim?). The truffle taste was also present in every fry and though the cheese shavings on top look pretty scant, it was adequate for that whole mountain of fries 👌💯 defo a must get.

This was my friend’s fav and if you can’t already tell from the pic, it was reallyyyy creamy and filled with crabmeat, without being overly surfeiting or thiccc. The tomato base was also slightly tangy and served to whet my appetite even more👅

Was expecting more variety when it came to their pasta range as it was the only promotion that was allowed on Burpple Beyond but we took it anyway and didn’t regret it. Got their Vongole Aglio Olio ($14) and it was a damn good, no nonsense plate of vongole aglio olio. Clams were fresh, gravy was not too salty and pasta was cooked to a nice al dente. Was slightly spicy but not too overwhelming so it’s all right for people with low spice tolerances. Won’t mind coming back!

Signature crabmeat pasta came with a generous serving of crabmeat! Truffle fries were really fresh as well

Over good experience here

This tasted as good as it looked! The scramble was fluffy and slightly runny, I was really impressed! Croissant was crisp as well. My lunch buddy had the bacon chop and offered me some, but I feel that the smoked salmon was a better choice (the bacon was a bit heavy for me). I’ve been to rookery a few times now and I haven’t been disappointed. Prices are a little on the high side if not for the 1-4-1 deals on eatigo/burpple/ShopBack, so thank goodness for that :)
