Restoran Ah Koong (Jalan Sutera)

I want to say this is the greatest fishball mee, but somehow you just can't compare Malaysia with Singapore, both in price point and style. This was the price of a typical bowl in Singapore and yet it's enormous. They're half a yong tau foo so most things are handmade. Noodle and seasoning were the highlight. I don't understand why Malaysian meepok is so tender.

Love the black sauce and serving of lard with the noodle. Comes with fishballs and combination of items with fish paste. The yellow noodle are serve without the black sauce thou.

No joke, damn legit.

Decent yong tau fu with many selections! Quite impressed with the varieties but be mindful of the price, can be expensive depending on what you choose...

Note: It can be a long wait (about 30min or so) during peak hours...

Like how crispy and bouncy the fish cakes and prawn cakes were, especially when they were served piping hot! Can never have enough of these, yum!
