An offshoot of kajiken, it's like kajiken with variations?

Super comes with 2 slices of each char siew(normal and ckn) as well as braised pork. The ckn char siew wasn't v impressive but it's not rlly their fault, ckn char siew is usually much worse. Braised pork was not stellar but it was less dry than it seemed

Ckn soup was pretty thick. Overall it's a passable bowl of ckn ramen

There's no cheese ramen, cheese is an add on.

The charsiew was decent and the grilled cheese could have been more generous but it, being torched, meshed well with the noodles.

The clear chicken soup given at the side was surprisingly superb, viscous and had deep umami despite the clarity. There's also a hit of ginger, only problem is it's too salty

throwback to ramen slurpping night situated at the stretch of circular road. ordered their #1 taiwan maze soba + fried gyozas to share for 2 paxs! pretty nice and chill vibes to unwind down after work with a drink and love how springy the noodles can be, the whole combi of the noodles complement well tgt tho however it gets a little spicy for me.

will be back to try out other ramens!!! ☺️

Went to Ramen Matsuri and got their Taiwan Mazesoba ($12.80+), Spicy Mazesoba ($13.80+) as well as their handmade dumplings ($7+)😇 Would say that the texture of the noodles is different from what ive normally tasted in other ramen stores but its a good experience to try new food!!😋

Overall ratings were 7.5/10 because of the ambience and pretty affordable food with filling portions (but maybe ill grow to like the noodles a bit more overtime HAHA)🤣

Chewy Dry Ramen that comes with a small bowl of peppery soup to go along. Own taste could be adjusted with provided vinegar and chili oil! For the big eaters! There is free upsize for noodles and if that’s not enough you can request for rice too!

Located behind Boat Quay, @ramen_matsuri is well-known for their Signature Chicken Broth, Mazesoba and Izakaya dining experience. Made specially by professional ramen chefs, their rich chicken soup is made fresh by cooking whole quality chickens for more than 6 hours over a strong fire. That’s obviously why their soup ramen is always so flavourful and yummy!😋👍

Here’s what we tasted from their menu…
👉Italian Taiwan Mazesoba - SGD17.30
👉ToriKoku w Special Toppings - SGD17.80
👉Spicy Ramen w Special Toppings - SGD18.30
👉Mapo Ramen w Special Toppings - SGD18.30
👉Pan-fried Gyoza - SGD7
👉Boiled Yuzu Gyoza - SGD8
👉Tantan Tofu - SGD8
👉Homemade Big Shumai - SGD7

Recently added to the menu, their Italian Taiwan Mazesoba features a number of toppings - Spicy Minced Pork, Shaved Grana Padano Cheese, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Half Boiled Egg, Spring Onion & Pepper. The combination revealed a perfect harmony of flavours that I enjoyed very much. So proud to say that the bowl was wiped clean by me within minutes.😉

❗️FREE noodles upsize for soup ramen and mazesoba
‼️No MSG is used, so health-conscious ones can dig in without worries

💌Thank you @laoniangagency for the kind invite and @ramen_matsuri for having me!☺️
