its remind me of Pei Pa Koa lol so it got same exact taste.
I felt that it's was quite messy and complicated taste to start with. But they got a lot of ingredients such as crab roe, vermicelli rice, minced meats, etc into putting claypot.
I felt that their crab filling was quite not much as the size was quite small. But their crab roe was quite nice, creamy and thick texture.
I used to order this a lot of times in the past. their standard at usual so consistent and strong savoury broth taste inside lor mee.
I felt that beancurd skin was quite extra with stir-fried kalian. They usually use oyster sauce to stir fry with veg and other ingredients.
Got strong aftertaste for lychee but then chewy and crunchy texture for fried pork dipped into the sauce.
