Here at @publico_sg, the dough is made fresh everyday and each pizza is built-to-order from scratch before cooking in a traditional wood-fired oven. The Tartufata pizza we had was to die for and ready to impress your date!๐Ÿ˜

Came in pretty generous portions, their pastas were well-executed. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be their Truffle Cacio e Pepe, which was perfectly al dente and flavourful.๐Ÿ˜‹

Finally for their signature tiramisu, thumbs up man!๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s one of the restaurants where the food is made with real delicate care, and with some of the best ingredients. Itโ€™s a near perfect experience and worth a special trip.

This was an enjoyable dish! The pasta texture was great and we loved the generous amounts of roasted onions. The tomato base was rich and tangy, which was pretty addictive. They were liberal with the pork guanciale too, which tasted similar to bacon, and was pretty standard.

We were intrigued by how the tiramisu was served in such a way that it resembled a potted plant, complete with a "bowl" that resembles a ceramic pot used for plants! Don't be misled though, as the dessert was a legit tiramisu, complete with the ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, coffee liqueur and cookie crumbs! The ladyfingers were so soft and fluffy and we really loved the mix of coffee liqueur inside it, as it gave the dessert an alcoholic taste that wasn't too overpowering.

While the $15++ price tag may seem really steep, the serving size is decent enough for the dessert to be shared amongst two! Otherwise, the amount of tiramisu might get a little too cloying for one person. ๐Ÿ˜…

We decided to try something more unique for our meal at Publico - the Tartufata pizza! The pizza uses a base that is doughy but was relatively airy at the same time, so it doesn get too heavy. We totally loved the extensive amount of mozzarella cheese used for the pizza base, as well as the generous serving of truffle oil and black truffle used as this gave each slice of pizza a mouth-watering fragrance! The pizza had porcini mushrooms as its mainstay, which is great for us as we love mushrooms, although it may not be the best for those who love meat on their pizzas. ๐Ÿ˜…

The pizza costs $28++, which may be slightly steep for some, although we feel it's reasonable given that the pizza base was really delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹

We visited Publico for our Valentine's meal and we loved the atmosphere there as it was beside the Singapore river and wonderful music was played throughout our meal. However, we were slightly disappointed that the restaurant removed its fairy lights! That being said, the restaurant was really crowded, even on a weekday evening, and you should book a table if you are planning to dine here!

for mains, we ordered the ๐—ข๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—•๐—ผ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ ($29), a beef raju pasta that tasted so rich the pasta was cooked al dente. it was garnished with some parmesan and parsley. loved this!
