You know how you can smell a LUSH store from faraway? Well, you also won’t miss the irresistible bread aroma wafting out of @prooferboulangerie shops🤤

One of their many outlets is super near my office, so I popped by for a takeaway lunch. They have all sorts of sweet pastries, savoury buns, and even a pizzeria right beside 🍕 While I was trying to make up my mind, I could see the baker hard at work preparing fresh bread behind the counter 👨‍🍳

My favourite was definitely the purple yam bun (yay I grabbed the last one 🙌🏻) It had a chewy mochi texture in the middle and still tasted delicious the next day when I had it for breakfast ☀️

The texture of this cake is slightly more kueh-like than other banana cakes I've had. Usually those have a more cakey, crumbly texture but this is more firm and oily and like kueh. Texturally I prefer the cakier types but this is interesting.

And again, this banana cake is soooo fragrant omg it's banana cake goodness in every bite!! The taste is really strong and I really like it. I think for those who dont like a super strong banana taste, you may not like this but I did.

11-inch Sausage Madness and Cranberry Madness pizzas priced at $14.90 each comes with a choice of either seasame sauce or cranberry sauce. Their crust are fluffy with a slight crispy on the outside. It’s soft to chew! Even my dad who don’t really eat pizzas said their pizzas are good.
