For the next night out with the gang, suggest pizza and wine at this swanky two-storey restaurant in APW Bangsar. Proof offers both 8inch and 12inch pizzas in delicious flavours like the popular Umbrian Black Truffle Pizza (from RM32) with black truffle paste. One of the few spots in town to fire pizzas with pork, the Carne (RM33) loaded with salami, pancetta and lamb is made for carnivores. Pizza this good should be paired with a drink, and the friendly team are more than wiling to help recommend wines (by the bottle or glass) that go best with your pie.
