Takeaway from Professor Brawn!! Have been wanting to support this social enterprise and I must say it didn’t disappoint! It really tasted so much better than the photo haha truffle sauce was packed separately - the truffle was a nice palatable tinge that wasn’t overwhelming that I finished the entire dip, grilled chicken was juicy and the skin was so crispy! Wedges and salad were good :-)

Grabfood is also available for residents near their Redhill and Ang Mo Kio outlets (within 3km distance). Islandwide Delivery Rates:
Order $30 – $50 (min order $30)
Less than 15km: $8
More than 15km: $15

Best-sellers include Grilled Chicken with Truffle Sauce ($13.90) served with seasoned potato wedges and tangy garden salad; and Battered Fish & Chips ($15.90) of pollock fish served with thick fries and home-made tartar sauce.

An additional bonus is that Gongcha is available, but ONLY at Enabling Village (Redhill) outlet. Do order your bubble tea drinks along with food.

Take note that due to our rather bubble tea crazed nation, orders can be overwhelming and they may not be able to take that many orders.

All the BBT stalls within hawker centres have their drinks sold out pretty soon, and we expect similar to happen here as well.

Please be patient, and don’t be disappointed if you do not get a delivery slot.

Professor Brawn Bistro serves up affordable Western fare and has a homely casual ambience suitable for friends, dates, and family too.
Professor Brawn Bistro offers employment opportunities to people who are differently-abled and it is really meaningful to dine here!

The deco was great - loved that the theme of the classroom/school was consistent across furniture, deco, menu, cutlery holder... the small details really made a difference!

Ordered battered fish & chips (new menu) and the portion was super generous. The waitress explained they used Pollock fish so the meat is thicker & def more shiok. It was crispy on the outside, moist & juicy on the inside which i love! Fries were crispy & tasty as well.

Also tried their carrot cake (new item) and really loved it! Tasted delicious & the texture was just right.

Tucked away in Enabling Village which is not super accessible (5 mins walk from mrt) but definitely worth a trip! Plus they hire special needs waiter/waitresses too so it’s for a great cause :)

Am really spoilt for choice in this restaurant.

Visited with my family and ordered the Norwegian Salmon with sweet potato mash, the Striploin Steak, Breakfast Set and the side rosti. Also ordered the mushroom soup as an appetizer. For dessert, we went with the chocolate cake and pistachio gelato.

Safe to say, we left feeling extremely full and satisfied.

Our favourites were the mushroom soup and the Norwegian salmon. Everything was cooked well and the portions were all really generous! 😊

We were also happy to learn that this restaurant has a great social cause behind it and hires those with special needs. Will definitely be coming here again!
