Coffee are going at half price - got my flat white at $2.25 (usual $4.50!). Gonna miss one of my favourite coffee place around AMK! But fortunately I can still drop by @prodigalcafe if I ever want their yummy coffee ☕️
Whoever that created this wonderful combination is an absolute genius as the tinge of floral fragrance from the lavender in the cheesecake is a cake that I’ve never tried before. In addition, by using Greek yogurt, it created a light and slightly sourish flavour profile that you can wipe clean the plate in minutes without feeling surfeited. Just by this cheesecake alone, it will make me want to return for more.

The cafe is accessible from YCK MRT but the shop itself is cosy and small. Coffee is pretty acceptable, though price wise is a bit steep. The receipt comes with some food for thought quotes.
But don’t judge its looks, it has good stuff. Cheese miso tart was da bomb, iced mocha and white was a great perk me up. #burpple #tingzieeats

Along with the same solid and crumbly tart crust, the thick and fudgy chocolate ganache was bittersweet with a strong cocoa flavour, suited to those who fancy dark chocolates! Along with mini marshmallows and bits of nuts atop the thick chocolatey layer, sinful but no regrets indeed! .

This miso cheesetart is definitely a must-try here, one of their signature bakes. Though the combination might sound a little bizarre and odd for some, it was a surprisingly winning combination. A subtle umami flavour that came with a tinge of saltiness of the miso caramel sauce drizzled onto the creamy, luscious cheese tart- one mouth and I was sold! 💖The tart crust was also firm, solid albeit a little crumbly with a lingering buttery fragrance that I adore! Though I would personally prefer a thicker tart crust, the combination of miso caramel with the rich creamy cheese just made my 1hr+ journey for this cafe was all worth it! 😋 A quiet, peaceful place to chill over a cuppa too, though seats are pretty limited. .
