Love the signature dry tom yam noodles!! Noodles was springy and smooth. Comparing between the red and green milk teas, I prefer the green one as it has a sight matcha taste to it, making it more special and less sweet compared to the red one. However, was kind of disappointed with the runny omelette prawn fried rice as I felt it was rather dry.

Pratunam Plus by Soi Thai So Nice at Bugis+!

Signature dry tom yum noodle ($7.90++): I rarely see dry tom yum noodles in Singapore so it was a must try for me! Loved the qq noodles, the crispy wanton skin. Lots of ingredients as there is minced meat, 2 meatballs, fried pork slices and a fried wanton with half boiled egg! This wasnt overly spicy. More on the sour side.

Tom Yum Kway Tiao Moo (pork, noodle) ($7.90++): This was actually had the same ingredients as the above! Just that it was in tom yum soup version. Be warned that this was quite spicy! So I ended up preferring the dry tom yum noodles instead!

Prawn donut ($6.90++): This was wayyyy too fried! Either overfried or it was re-fried. Other than that, it was a good prawn donut!

Happened upon this place, honestly so underrated! The food is so authentic and they donโ€™t hold back on oil or seasonings.

The fried prawn cakes were so perfectly crispy and delicious with the chilli, my bf and I FOUGHT over them. The meaty noodles were so savoury and creamy from the egg and cheese, now itโ€™s what I crave every time I open a packet of maggi. I dabaoed half the noodles home bcos I couldnโ€™t finish, and they were even better the next day tbh.

A recommended side dish on their menu as well. Looked too good not to try. For $6.90, this plate of fried pork seemed a little small. And it will feel even smaller because of how delectable it is. Indeed fragrant and extremely fried, the skin of the pork belly was flavourful and crisp. With the dash of peanuts dipped with chilli, it was a yummy, sinful side dish to complement with oneโ€™s main dish. The achar at the side was appetising as well!

A must try on their menu, looked super good in pictures. It was also pretty delicious in reality. The egg may taste a little on the blander side, but just add a bit of the sauces the restaurant provides, chilli powder and chilli padi and I believe it will help to elevate the flavour, or provide that added spicy kick for the spice lovers. A moderate amount of prawns - arguably towards the more generous side for a plate of rice with prawns. Rather impressed by this place, would love to try their other dishes!

Relatively fragrant, thick and milky for the price. Might get a bit sweet at first, but stir it and let the ice melt and I think it will be of perfect texture.
