Really missing the offerings from @pinceandpints with their 2 outlets being SO accessible from work and home. I NEED TO GO BACK THERE!

The lobster meat chunks are succulent and marinated in a light yet delicious dressing. And the bread is so so so good. The bread is pillowy and lightly toasted with butter on the insides so that it gives a nice sweet crisp. Not to mention the accompanying lemon butter sauce acts as a perfect companion to this feast. Thanks to @quandoo_sg for choosing me as their contest winner.

I hid my mantous cuz I am not sharing them. ๐Ÿคซ The chilli zhup thatโ€™s glorified with eggs is finger-licking good, neither too sweet nor spicy. Making it a joy to soak up the pillowy mantous. The main star was meaty and tasted like ocean. But the shell is so hard to crack. $58

A whole lobster, halved and coated in bread crumbs soaked with egg yolks and cognac, served with an oven-browned parmesan cheese crust and rosemary.

This dish, to me, represents the epitome of luxury fine dining.

Cut into the soft, crumbly, golden-brown crust, and you get the juicy, succulent, briny sweet savoury lobster meat within. The crust itself lends a herbal salty bready cheesy flavour, complementing the fresh lobster meat.

Served with a fresh Chef's Garden Salad and satisfiying Straight Cut Fries, The Lobster Roll is done traditional style, with a crisp outside, fluffy soft inside hotdog bun that is open at the top.

Within is stuffed a liberal portion of chilled fresh lobster chunks, marinated in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and butter. An elegant diffusion of flavour, briny sweet savoury zesty on the palate.

Piping hot and gooey cheesy mac & cheese tasted pretty well on this little chilly weather. The dish was cheesy yet not overly neither gelard and with chunks of lobster in between the macaroni. Tasted well it may be but still find it on the pricey end.

Anyway here's the latest (overpriced) lobster Mac and cheese ($29++) from @pinceandpints - relatively generous chunks lobsters but I just didn't dig the cheap tasting nacho cheese added to the mix.

Their outlet here serves up the exclusive LOBSTER BURGER AND LOBSTER NOODLES, together with their usual favorites like this TRUFFLE LOBSTER ROLL (S$68++). You can find them at: 95 East Coast Road, Singapore 428793.

Monday to Friday: 12pm - 2.30pm, 5.30pm - 11pm.

Shout out to their awesome Garlic Aioli that goes real well with both the lobsters and straight-cut fries.
