From the Burpple community

里面有鸡,猪和牛肉,锅边摆设的是类似面粉粿的食品,可以当主食。一道新加坡比较少有的菜肴。味道可以。周末Burpple 可以用。

Despite a limited Burpple menu, it was worth the visit. Took the ground pot with pork, beef and chicken. For 1-for-1 dish we took the cabbage 娃娃菜 which served as soup too. Overall experience was good, though waitresses didn't seem enthusiastic.

Unexpectedly good and chock full of (preselected) add-ons. Can choose between Less Spicy and Spicy, we chose Less spicy and it felt just right for us who can only take 中辣 on good days. Wth burpple, can choose a free appetiser and we took Tofu in Crab Roe Paste (u.p. $12) which was just so-so.

Burpple menu selection: Stewed Assorted Delicacies ($38) + Stirfried Mixed Veges & Pork (free dish)
Stew was indeed rich and chockful of ingredients (including prawns, clams, fish maw, etc) but wasn't sure if it was worth as compared to the other choices. Stir fry was pretty standard and tasty.

Be warned! Went all the way down on a Saturday afternoon only to be told I can’t use burpple?? This was not stated anywhere and it isn’t a public holiday today!

Shared 5 dishes between a group of 5 friends (used 2 Burpple 1 for 1 deals). Do note that there's a separate 1 for 1 menu, and that the portions are pretty big and meant for sharing! Had the:
- Ground Pot Chicken - very flavourful, liked the different textures of the ingredients, the bread(?) was also great when scooping up the sauce, but do note there's significant bones
- Hot Plate Tiger Prawns in Garlic Oil - THIS WAS AMAZING ESP THE GARLIC SAUCE PLEASE ORDER IT
- Shredded Cabbage with Pork & King Oyster Mushroom - these 2 doshe were my free dishes, overall nothing too special and both were essentially cooked the same way
- Deep Fried Chicken with Chillies (additional order on top of the Burpple orders above) - this was good! nice crunch of the chicken with a strong aroma of spices, and the accompanying chillies, green onions and ginger elevated it further.

Had a hearty meal here, overall spending as $94 for 5 of us (had 5 pax Tea, a coke, and 3 bowls of rice as well).
