A really good cheeseburger - but in a sandwich! Why have burger buns when you can have grilled cheese sourdough? The Blackmore wagyu patty was juicy, very tasty with the pastrami jam, garlic aioli and cucumber pickles. Very classic cheeseburger ingredients and executed well in this sandwich. Overall a good sandwich, slightly pricey but it was delicious so I’ll take that.

Visited on a public holiday and at 11am, their tater tots were already out of stock! This eliminated many of their breakfast options, sadly. Would return again earlier to try their other options.

So glad my friend and I shared the sandwiches at this place, because they are really generous with the meat! The smoked pastrami brisket was just overflowing in between the slices of caraway rye sourdough toast, it wasn’t too salty on its own but the sheer amount of it in the sandwich made it quite so, along with the provolone cheese. Fortunately there was sauerkraut and Russian dressing to cut through the salty and savoury notes.

Overall a very tasty sandwich, would recommend to share otherwise the pastrami brisket can get quite overwhelming. Slightly pricey for a sandwich, but the amount of meat and tastiness of the dish kinda makes up for its price.

🌯 Breakfast Burrito ($22++) (8/10)
Can I just say how thicccc this burrito is... omg 🥵 sexy. Its really stuffed with ingredients like eggs and hash browns, very satisfying but tbh I wish I'd picked something else cuz its pretty ex and their eggs weren't super flavourful on their own. I ended up drowning my burrito in hot sauce oops.

🥞 PBD Big Breakfast ($28++) (9.2/10)
This is honestly SO BOMB. Friend got it and let me try some. The pancakes in particular are just absolutely bomb. Super soft and fluffy, and they were topped with some kind of mango curd that was heavenly. The tater tots were also really crispy and yummy. It's expensive but I'd return just for this.

The eggs were a tad overcooked and not runny at all 😔😔😔 very simple components, one of those dishes where you can't help but think "I can make this myself at home". Glad I tried but would not come back for this specifically! Flat white was aight, very mild roast which I personally like.

honestly this place is SO GOOD. they cook your meal right in front of you (open kitchen concept)! saw another table eating these and we ordered. no regrets. the portion is so large for 21 dollars, and also contains pastrami which pairs extremely well with the tater tots!

ambiance of the restaurant in the morning was amazing, loved the quality of the food!

Pastrami was delicious, tender and smoky. Bread perfectly toasted with butter and a delicious coleslaw to bring together the sandwich. However, this was all overpowered by the Dijon mustard, would reccomend getting this sandwich with less mustard or mustard on the side. Overall, it is still one of the better sandwiches out here in Singapore

The Roast Beef Dip showcases a medium rare roast beef, horseradish cream and provolone cheese sandwiched between 2 ciabatta. Initially I felt like a barbarian eating this, since it seemed uncultured to eat cold medium rare beef that has no seasoning to it, with bread. Things took a turn though, when I dipped the entire sandwich into the beef broth which was brimming with flavours. Both components on its own was pretty mediocre, but their marriage took things to a different level and I wouldn't mind ordering this again!

Rumour has it that once brunch has been consumed, you can be overtaken by the need to go back to bed again. So keep the rest of your day free of activities so that you can go back home to reunite with your bed. 😂

Haven't had brunch in ages and I was glad this was my first stop after my brunch hiatus.

Went with the PBD Big Breakfast which was probably for sharing seeing as to how the tables around me featured couples and friends sharing it, while I ordered it with the intention of solo consumption. What a glutton.

Anyhoo, the portion was pretty monstrous, featuring 2 mini ricotta hotcakes with unfathomable fluffiness that'll leave you pointing at it aggressively, signalling your dining partner to give it a try. I love the sunny, yellow, citrusy curd atop it, which gives some fresh respite amidst all the fried, greasy food surrounding it. The yellow cloud of a scrambled egg has a creamy consistency without being too runny, would have been great if there were some pepper dashed on it. The bacon, tater tots were pretty textbook but the sausage was delicious! Soft and tender with herbs thrown in its mix, I am willing to pay ala carte prices to add on more if there were.

Finally had their big breakfast after weeks of anticipation. Their PBD Big Breakfast ($26) seems to have increased compared to when it was $22 that time.

I like all the components in the big breakfast and it is really bigger than I expect. I understand now why it is good for 2 people to share.

For the espresso white iced, nothing unique about it and it is just ice coffee.

Sweet or savory pancake? How about both! This oven-baked pancake checked both boxes with its sweet honey, savory prosciutto, creamy burrata, and fresh garden cress. The pancake itself was thin and fluffy, with crisp and lightly caramelised edges. A sweet and eggy mix that complemented the other ingredients. For the generous dollop of Burrata, would say that it’s pretty decently priced.

Was expecting a good sandwich for the price paid ($20 after taxes) but was left disappointed, did not finish the dish. Chicken wasn’t as juicy as I’d like, with a weird powdery and grainy texture to it. I also didn’t like how the batter fell off the chicken at the slightest touch and was hard to get a complete bite with batter and chicken together. Sesame seed potato buns tasted pretty ordinary, nothing like the potato buns from shake shack that are sweet and fluffy. Probably should have gone with one of their sourdough options but went with the chicken burger as it was one of their recommendations.

Each element of this was executed quite nicely - crispy tater tots, creamy scrambled eggs and fluffy pancakes. Super huge portion so this could probably be shared between 2 people.

This was their sandwich of the month (October 2021) so it probably won’t be offered anymore, if I’m not wrong. Nonetheless this was slightly disappointing because the sourdough was so tough that the knife couldn’t cut through it. It was quite flavourful taste wise but the texture of the sourdough was quite off putting. I don’t think the price was justified as well.

This was sour and acidic which wasn’t what we expected. Odd pairing with the sweet cream which didn’t help to balance out the acidity of the coffee.

Recommend to skip this especially considering the price.

This is among the better versions I've had.

This classic take on the American dessert is larger than I'd expected, even bigger than a hot pocket or turnover pastry.
.
The house-made pastry crust is thin and crisp crunchy, with a grainy sweet flavour partly from the dusting of icing sugar.
.
Within, the generous filling of tender soft diced granny smith apple is caramelised and warm, infused with Maker's Mark bourbon, resulting in a bold boozy fruity sweet flavour. Pure comfort dessert.
