Itā€™s been awhile since my last time visiting Papparich. As they were onboard AirAsia Food so decided to go for them.

The red chicken was surprisingly good and not too spicy. The set comes with the sambal, peanut, ikan bilis, sliced cucumber and egg.

Coconut milk infused steamed rice served with Impossible rendang, hard-boiled egg, roasted peanuts, long beans, sliced cucumbers and vegetarian sambal

Papa rich is the best place for a leisurely afternoon tea the singapore way .

I have introduced a lot of people to papa rich and have converted many skeptics to supporters .

For one - they use high quality ingredients and homemade kaya and homemade bread unlike ahem ... T.B ....
And the menu is highly innovative and prices are reasonable for the quality you get .

Featured here is their version of ā€œ latte ā€œ which is actually Milo and Kopi . Itā€™s served with a light layer of foam and the Milo and aromatic Kopi just co- mingle to form such a good balance of taste .
Ask for less sweet if you are a ā€œ bitter sweetā€ kind of person like me šŸ˜‚. ( not available at the habourfront outlet for some weird reason ) . This cup of chocolatey - coffee goodness is perfect for the stormy weather today .

You must must must also try their peanut butter on traditional Hainan toast. It beats any toast anywhere . Chunky ,not too sweet peanut butter on a fragrant very crusty Hainan toast .

Lastly finish off with their Penang char kwey Teow which is full of wok hei - I kid you not - it can rival those that we had on site in Penang . They used to use fresh prawns but now ā€œ crustal prawns ā€œ are used but the taste is not compromised . Ask for extra spicy for for a fiery kick .

Try and see if you concur with me .

Sweet prawn broth allows springy yellow noodles, crunchy prawns, chicken strips and crunchy spring onion to swim freely. Ok, that's all.

So here is a plate of Nasi Lemak by PappaRich, since I don't really post too many Malay food here because I can't take spicy at all! But this plate of Nasi Lemak isn't really that bad - A slight tinge of coconut milk flavor in the rice, crispy fried chicken and Ikan bilis (REALLY CRISPY!!) šŸ˜Œ

Prawn broth was very tasty and spicy at the same time.
