One Prawn & Co

Decided to head to One Prawn & Co upon seeing amazing reviews and it did not disappoint! Crisp prawn toast, tender smoky octopus, and tangy Assam Pedas hummus were all delicious. The star of the night was definitely the Jumbo Tiger Prawns with Sakura Vermouth and Burnt Leek Oil. Absolutely delicious! A must-visit for seafood lovers!

All the food for lunch were amazing, the broth was super rich and is definitely a must-have.
The fusion among the dishes is unexpected but they are came out as such a pleasant surprise. Love it!

The food here is great! The fusion of the different cuisines was done very well. The prawn noodles is truly a highlight with a really rich broth that does not get too heavy. Must try! Overall a really enjoyable meal with great vibes, especially at lunch time when there is a much thinner crowd to really enjoy the meal.

One of my favourite dishes from One Prawn & Co! Concentrated prawn flavour in the entire dish from the sauce to the perfectly grilled prawns. Watching the chef cooked the prawn over open fire was mesmerising and added to the whole experience!!

Really like the Smoky prawn toast - the crispness the fried prawn n bread combined w the pickled red onion is very refreshing n jus nice not too oily

Tried out One Prawn & Co 8 course meal for dinner and was really impressed by the dining experience, from how the chefs prepared each dish delicately which carries layers and uniqueness along with high level of service by the staffs. Across all dishes, I enjoyed the fusion of flavors such as the Burrata & Smoky Beans and Spicy Octopus. The Typhoon Shelter Prawns was also another dish that I thoroughly enjoyed, from the presentation to the freshness of the prawns and the complimenting burnt leek oil. The desserts at the end were enjoyable as well, with unique flavors. Would definitely come to try out their other dishes and highly recommend others to give One Prawn & Co a try☺️
