Hi Ball 2/5
Chicago Fizz 2/5
Very light
I am not a vegetable eater but this went really nicely together - there was peanut all over and it was really yummy. It wasnโt soaked in oil or anything like that.
6/10, too much tendon in the beef and overall nothing to scream about.
The stone sour was not that flavoursome, you can give it a miss. Spicy margarita has a little spicy ending to it. Not bad!
Offtrack is a cosy restaurant centred around a music theme. Serving pan-Asian food and a wide range of drinks, the ambience is suitable for date nights or just chill drinks with friends. Was recommended by the staff that this was a crowd favourite, and was pleased as to how it the flavours really came through. Thinly battered then fried, the oyster mushroom was crisp yet delicately soft, and the five spiced salt made it a savoury starter to begin your meal. I can see how too much of this might be overwhelming in saltiness though, so Iโd recommend sharing this. House ranch dip was a nice creamy complement to the oyster mushrooms!

I personally thought that the idea of this sounded great, but it did not come together as well as Iโd imagined. The Ah Hua Kelong squid was huge and fresh, and while definitely a good thing, I thought that squid chunks were a tad bit inappropriate for battered squid. On top of the fact that the batter that day felt a bit thick, I would have also preferred it to be more bite-sized, especially as a side, so that the curried and herbaceous notes could be better appreciated with ever bite. However, if you love squid, you could probably still give this a try, as it seems like a pretty acquired experience.
