Had @nuodle.asia's soy sauce noodles which had simple flavours but done well with the variety of textures in this dish. The noodles were super smooth and silky making them easy to slurp, the beef was tender and the chickpeas were very crispy too! I had the set meal which includes a side and a drink/soup so I got an onsen egg and a beef ball soup. It was a good meal indeed 😌
Possibly the most popular brand for halal Chinese Lanzhou style beef noodles.
.
The hand-pulled noodles are freshly made in-house, with a choice of thickness - thin, normal (thick), flat, or leaf shape. Cooked till soft and springy with a light chew.
.
The clear beef soup has big meaty sweet savoury flavour, with the crunchy spring onions complementing with vegetal sweet notes, and the red chili oil lending a spicy kick.
.
The 5-spice marinated beef shank slices are firm with a moist chew, and meaty savoury salty spice flavour. Would have liked a little more tenderness.
.
The tender daikon radish with vegetal sweet flavour completes. Option to add-on a wobbly soft boiled onsen egg for its eggy sweet notes.
.
Separately, the beef meat balls are springy with a satisfying chew, served with the same delicious beef broth and spring onions.

Nuodle is where you go when you are craving for some warm soup with sliced beef.
I like they added lots of Coriander on it to enrich the soup taste, of course you can choose not to have them.
There’s actually already a braised egg inside the soup, so if you order the set meal please avoid ordering another braised egg as the side dish; unless intentionally.
The set meal also comes with a drink.
The meal was such a worthy experience. Most things were communicated in mandarin. However, staff were reaply accomodating to questions and offered help. Mala beef bowl small ($7.90) was perfect with good amount of beef that was chewy yet soft, full portion of noodle. Though the beef pancake 6pcs ($7.90) looked underwhelming, when dipped with accompanying chilli sauce, it really complimented the meal! Will definitely repeat order during my next visit!
Note: Due to the restaurant's new policy, the staff insisted that I redeem two vouchers instead of 1 for the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.
This eatery is a self-service concept and I redeemed the Chicken Bean Paste noodle deal. Even though I was aware the size was indicated as large, the portions were still overwhelming. You are given a choice to opt from 5 noodle thickness—we chose option 2 (normal thickness) and the noodles were nice and chewy; chicken a bit too much on the salty side but the generous portions of cucumber helped curb it. Accompanying shredded potato salad was quite interesting, a combination of sour and spice.
All in all very affordable with the Burpple deal $14.40 but not sure if Lite members are able to redeem since you need 2 separate vouchers for this deal.
Read reviews that the portions are crazy and yeah, the portions are crazy huge 😳 They gave us the large sized bowls even though the burpple set states M. If you’re a small-normal eater, I suggest you bring more people to help you finish 😂 chose flat noodles, 1 spicy and 1 not spicy. For the spicy version, they just added some chilli flakes, I couldn’t really taste any difference. The beef balls (6) are also quite big and shiok, not your regular ntuc meat balls. The side dish complements the noodles cos the soup is light in flavour. lt’s kinda like mala and I rlly like the kick, was pretty addictive. The service was good too, nice people :)
