❤️ this eatery that serves a simple & comforting bowl of ban mian, located near my workplace! It comes with an array of ingredients including crunchy ikan bills, fried shallots, garlic slices, savoury minced meat, soft-boiled egg and a bowl of soup on the side. A great option during cool weather (like today!) as the place can be uncomfortably warm on sweltering days.

Ng Kuan Chilli Pan Mee has been 1 of my favourite Ban Mian store ever since I first had it at their original Kovan outlet years ago.
Their chilli is fiery, so best not to overload on this.
Their Ban Mian is best to have at the shop, da pao it before, and all the noodles just sticked together so easily.
would rec banmian instead because the meehoonkueh became too clumpy

first time having the curry rice instead of banmian🍛🍛 it’s q nice and i liked that the curry was seperated bcoz there was wayyy too much rice
