I also got the last bit of braised pork belly

PSA this place, idk why there's a lot of takeaway orders. People take away 4-6 boxes at once, and when you have a few of these people, plus the uncle slices the duck so carefully and artistically, it seems like the queue barely moves. Take heed!!!

Their braising sauce is slightly different, the herbal taste is quite mild, and there's this edge to it, but not too much.

Decent: pork belly(tender), intestines(tender and no smell), tofu

Pass: gizzard and liver didn't have the best texture, it's quite AVG. Duck meat is very expensive, plus it's tough. Definitely skip the duck, weird as that sounds for a braised duck place

Chili was sharp and has no body, but it works well here.

Aunty was very friendly

Overall, no need to visit, unless u particularly like the sauce, or the uncle's careful artistic deboning and slicing

A Long Queue on Sunday lunch time.

Uncle carefully sliced every duck, make sure its all properly de-boned for you to eat with convenience. Meat was tender and not dry or hard whatsoever. Skin was bouncy.

Braised Pork was soft and tender as well. The fats felt like it melted in my mouth.

Duck rice is $5 and $3 more for intestines!

There’s always a queue during lunch hours so I decided to try this out. Didn’t disappoint at all, though it’s slightly pricey for the portion given. Their intestines were surprisingly good and addictive…

Long queue even at 1pm on Sunday. Braised sauce is very good and tasty. Duck is average but the pork is rather dry. Pork would have been better with some fat. The stall does seem to have its fan based with many ordering to take home.

This plate of Teochew Braised Duck Rice costs $4.
.
The chef had impressive knifing skills as each piece of duck meat were deboned and thinly sliced to a uniformed thickness with all the skin accounted for.
.
The lor is the traditional runny kind with a beautiful layer of oil that glistens. The taste leans more on the savory side though I would have preferred it balanced with a little more sweetness.
