Expect a queue or go early (before 6.15pm on weekends) if you don’t want to wait. The tonkotsu broth is flavourful and one can tell that lots of pork bones and collagen went into it. It was thick and smooth without being overly rich, making it very nice to drink and I wish there was more of the broth. The pork meat was well-marinated and tender. Also loved the springy texture of the freshly house-made noodles. For people with bigger appetites, you’d also love that there are unlimited FREE noodle refills.
