Freshly cooked but portion not a lot

Fragrant rice that is not oil and crispy ikan bills and peanuts!

Delicious nasi lemak from @mrandmrsnasilemak!

The deciding factor to determine whether a nasi lemak is good is the rice and chilli, and this nasi lemak from @mrandmrsnasilemak ticks all the boxes!

Love the fluffy fragrant coconut rice! What is even better is that they use basmati rice! I also like their sambal chilli which was on the sweeter side (though some of us may prefer a spicier chilli sauce). The ikan bilis and peanuts were crispy! What’s nasi lemak without chicken wing! I highly recommend getting the chicken wing set! The chicken wing was crispy, juicy and flavourful!

Featured here are the following food items:
-Chicken Wing Set ($5)
-Otah Set ($5)
-Kunning Fish Set ($5)
For all the sets, they come with sunny side up egg, ikan bilis and achar.

Besides the usual nasi lemak ingredients, they also have the following items to add-on (like caifan style):
-Curry Cabbage ($1.30)
-Begedil ($1)
-Long Bean ($1.20)
-Lady Finger ($1.20)
-Eggplant ($1.30)
-Roasted pork ($1.80)

Affordable and tasty meal! Check them out at Block 71, Seng Poh Road (fun fact: They took over the storefront from Loo’s Hainanese Curry Rice)!

They gained some popularity recently with all the media reporting about them.

Taking over the former stall of the famous Hainanese curry rice, this place continue to attract long queue and full house with this new food option here.

Was here around 10+ in the morning and there’s a queue and I couldn’t find any seats at all. So I choose to takeaway instead.

It is surprisingly that their nasi lemak was actually not bad, considering they first time venturing into hawker.

Their ikan bilis actually comes with 2 option, the traditional non-spicy or the spicy one. The spicy one actually glazed with sticky sugar and chilli paste.

The drumstick perhaps felt a bit normal, although it remain the crunchy skin.
