This one really incr-edible.

Very filling burger, got ham, got egg, got a thick fried piece of boneless chicken thigh.

Taste very western thou, don't feel korean whatsoever.

On Thursdays, @momstouch.sg peddle their premium burger, the self proclaimed Incredible Burger, for five bucks. Is it as incredible as it hypes itself up to be, or is it an incredible flop?⠀
⠀
As a fried chicken merchant, I was expecting better from Mom. Sure, the deep fried fillet is fresh, juicy & cocooned in a brilliant batter and competently cooked to poultry perfection, but it was frustratingly bland. In fact, most of the salt content came from the highly processed ham that had been neatly folded on top of the fried fillet.⠀
⠀
The overdone fried egg felt like a robotic attempt to try and justify the usual asking price of $7.90 per Incredible Burger. Its existence (or lack thereof) in the burger doesn’t really matter, but if they cooked the egg less & maintained a luscious, liquid yolk, it would’ve been stellar. The thousand island based sauce is the only lubricant in the burger, and while terrifically tangy & velvety, wasn’t quite enough to launch the burger into stardom.⠀
⠀
Well, it’s definitely an incredible deal to get this colossal chicken burger for five dollars flat, but this burger was also incredibly frustrating due to all its obviously unrealised & unfulfilled potential.⠀

I haven’t seen any posts repping the sweet potato bites ($3.80 as a solo order) from @momstouch.sg, so imma be the pioneer. These bites are some sweet treats, as the small sweet potato balls are satisfyingly sweet & soft at its core, and creditably crispy on the exterior. These bites are some of the best you’ll ever get at a fast food joint, change my mind. Hint: you can’t.⠀
⠀
I find the cheese stick kinda funny, I find it kinda sad because it’s alone, and it costs $2.80 for a solitary stick. Still, it’s a a stick of mozzarella cheese that’s been breaded & deep fried, of course it’s gonna be awesome lmao⠀

The burger was pretty good - the chicken thigh was very meaty and thick, and there wasn’t too much of fried batter on it as well. It was tasty, juicy and not too salty. One of the rare times where I didn’t feel as if there was not enough meat.

We chose the small Cajun fries as a side, it was nice but gosh they really weren’t kidding when they said it was “small”, because it was really really small. 😅

Overall - good choice if you don’t mind paying more for better quality fast food. I would probably keep an eye out for promotions to get a better deal out from this.

It seems like they have been expanding their outlets across the city now, after opening their first outlet here in PLQ Mall.

This was my first try and surprisingly love it. The chicken patty was crunchy and mix well with all the ingredients coming together.

The incredible burger come in with additional ham and egg, on top of their famous thigh burger.

Even the fries given wasn’t too soggy.

Personally like the sauced fried chicken rather than the original fire chicken or burger. Limited seats at this outlet, so my suggestion to you is to pack and eat at the common area in PLQ mall which is just a stone’s throw away from Mom’s Touch
