Loved the food and the quality and presentation is beyond expectations!
Would strongly recommend to come here! Its really hidden and should be known to more people!
Mixed Fried Set (S$20.90++)
Breadcrumbed chicken, live tiger prawn, cheese korokke, Japanese cabbage, served with miso soup and Japanese rice
The best part was the prawn with interesting crispy strips around it. Next was the long cheesy pull in the korokke. Love there a instruction manual about the sauces served with the dish.
Matcha Zenzai Mochi (S$8.80++)
Premium green tea, Hokkaido red bean soup, and grilled Mochi
Love the pipping hot and chewy Mochi.

I've long wanted to visit for reportedly fresh ingredients and authentic cooking, but the queues were always long. Now that I'm here, the menu looked kinda ordinary. I guess it's the presentation and the heartiness. This nabe comes with tiger prawns, Norwegian salmon, chicken, mushrooms, tofu and veg. The soup was tasty, like all things dashi. The fish was disproportionately fishy and kinda nauseous, such a waste.

It's basically kway teow that's chewier than normal and completely tasteless, served w kuromitsu and kinako. When mixed tgt it's v good tho so overall it's quite enjoyable, more than expected
Not bad at all
The mochi was crispy outside and chewy inside as before, well grilled. It's basically the same as the other version except there's matcha on top of the red bean soup here, and one less mochi(supposed to be smaller I think)
So same standard overall, very good stuff
