Banana milk, bananas and cornflakes. I did think that they would go one step further to blend this into a smoothie but I thought wrong. It was literally banana milk — Like HL Milk but even sweeter. Couldn't even find the bananas, and the cornflakes gave a good crunch but overall, I just did not get it. For $9, this was completely not worth it. Perhaps a cute and aesthetic drink for kids.

Iced latte was starkly bitter and of poor quality. I like to believe it's just those made from the machine. I have been to a few of PARCO pop-ups and this is by far the worst in terms of drinks. But then, I do think for the whole experience I will look past the bad food. After all, I do think that is what many people come for. I did see better review for the food that I did not get to try, so I might have truly missed out on a slightly better food and drinks experience.

This pop-up is in collaboration between the Universal Brand Development, PARCO and 1-Group, with themed food and beverages inspired from the Minion characters. With dishes such as Minion Wagyu Lunch Plate ($28) to Minion Keema Chicken Curry ($25), both kids and adults will be thrilled with excitement from the creations. The former comes with Minion rice balls, a Wagyu burger patty, fried prawn and sunny side up with vegetables on the side, a creamy potato puree and cut banana to complete the meal. For sides, there is the Minion Pumpkin Mantou with a Chilli Crab Meat Dip ($15) that packs a spicy kick, which you can wash it down with the Minion Soda Float ($9) or Yellow Bello Pineapple ($9), both refreshing drinks with a nice tanginess to it. In the dessert menu, there is the Minion Banana Boat ($18), a homage to banana split but it is a white chocolate crusted banana with ice cream.

BELLO! The Minions are back from 28 October 2021!

Say hi to these beloved rambunctious yellow creatures @minioncafesg, offering Minions-inspired dishes, artwork, and a photo booth corner.

Made of split banana coated in white chocolate topped with mango whipped cream, scoops of strawberry and cotton candy ice cream, cornflakes and blueberries. Beautiful plated, though I’m not a fan of the cotton candy ice cream which taste overly artificial.
