Middle Road Pork Rib Prawn Mee (Jalan Besar)

My family has been patronising Middle Road Pork Ribs Prawn Mee since I was a kid for their Mixed Pork Organ Noodles ($5 for large). The noodles comes with a generous serving of pork slices, pork ribs, pork skin, liver, heart, small intestines and prawn in a robust soup. The ingredients are cleaned and cooked well (no weird taste) and the meat is tender. Im particularly impressed that the liver is not overcooked and retains its crunchiness. This is legit comfort food for me - never fail to slurp up every bit of goodness!

Not really sure what the name of the dish was but it was a really nice meal! they weren't very generous with the liao but the soup was on point 👌 just $3 for a simple breakfast

A bowl of flavorful prawn noodles broth with generous serving of prawns. Will be great that they improved the quality and the size of the prawns.

Pretty good. Love the texture of the noodles and the taste of the soup. Not overpowering in flavor and doesn't leave you thirsty like mediocre prawn noodle broth does. Will come back again for lunch!

For those who loves innards this is a must-try! I love hearts so this bowl was just pig's hearts noodles. Estimated waiting time: 15-30mins
