Dish in frame, Antipasto Di Mare (RM110) is actually a three tier seafood platter that serve with lobsters, oysters, mussels, soft shell crab, baby octopus, fish fillets and tiger prawns. It's a portion that sufficient enough for two person. They claim that this is one of their best seller and some of them even order this as main dish. However, I believe that it might not filling enough for guys. If you are fans of Italian cuisine, should try their Risotto Pollo Funghi (RM44). It might not as photogenic as it could be, but the carnaroli rice is very well cook with the mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. The texture of the risotto is a little bit hard like uncooked, the taste however is the main factor that adding a lot of points of it. One of my favourite dish.
For dessert we had the classic tiramisu and zuccotto. Zuccotto is a traditional Italian semi frozen chilled dessert that only serve in Michelangelo's. Some candied dried fruit was added to gave a little sweetness to the dessert.
Risotto pollo funghi - carnoroni rice with chicken and mushroom. Best part of this luscious, al-dente risotto is it serve from a parmesan cheese wheel.
Calzone - a moon shaped folded pizza with beef salami, turkey ham and cheese. It served with warm tomato sauce on the side.
oven baked tube of homemade pasta spinach and ricotta in tomato and bechamel sauce
the signature dish from Michelangelo's since a decade ago, linguine with seafood cooked in special tomato sauce and served in a hot sizzling pan. Such a classic dish that nicely execute.
