Sooo...I was hoping to have a quick fix to my pancake craving over the weekend and decided to check out the desserts menu at Miam Miam. The pictures looked good, the presentation looked enticing, just see the photo I took! 😄 After dousing my plate with maple syrup, I cut into the thick body of the pancake, took a bite and boy was I disappointed. The taste was very "meh", felt very jelat after 3 big bites. I ended up paying $12 just to finish the ice cream, chocolate sauce and blueberries. In conclusion, will I go back again, not for dessert. Oh wells!

Chocolate souffles - disappointing, the crust is not thick enough , too soft. The lava in the middle is nice. Overall it can be better

Despite highly recommended by other Burpple users, I find the souffle tastes like shampoo foam, not matching with curry rice.Oily rice with not much ingredients. Not recommended

Baked curry rice - oily, 1 peice of sausage and 2 stalks of broccoli. Pathetic salad side <10 veg leaves. Not recommended.

After (an episode of media influence where) chef Bobby of masterchef professional UK whipped up one of "the best soufflés" according to Michelin star chef Marcus Wareing and senior sous chef Monica Galetti, I realized I had no vivid recollection of the taste of a soufflé in my life. So I had to try miam miam's tea special 10.90$++ soufflé set that comes with a choice of drink. That soft (slightly mushy) egg center and crusty hard top was a nice chocolatey treat, but not too sure I was a fan of such textures... Maybe I need more soufflé experiences to decide?

In other news no more tea time in awhile since 1st day of internship has started?? I hope I will be (*well) worth what the company is paying me, at least in my superiors' eyes!! #God'swisdom🙏🏻 (* to be deleted if appropriate)
