🍔 The Mistress (RM25): An average chicken burger with cheese sauce and fried egg with fries. In my opinion, its quite pricey for an average burger, the taste is so-so. Nothing amazing or unique but its no bad tho. Still tastes of how a burger should taste like ⭐️7/10

🍚Kai Fan 4.0 (RM24): Grilled chicken chop with green curry sauce. Comes with rice and veggies. Again, nothing that wow my foodie gangs. Average, you might want to try other things besides this ⭐️6/10

Here’s one place you can try. The portion is quite big, even I have trouble finishing it 😍 I love that they included roasted capsicum (makes the dish flavourful) and the chicken size and amount is quite generous. However I wish it had a little bit of spice in there (maybe some chilli flakes) because the gravy is abit sweet. A little spice would make it much more perfect. The food presentation is also good! ✨ I do enjoy the food and ambience here 👍🏻 Mesti try

🍝 Butter Chicken Pasta (RM25)
📍 Merchant Lane, Jalan Petaling City Centre Kuala Lumpur @merchantslane
🕐 Opens everyday (except Wednesday)
Located on the first floor along Jalan Petaling, this vibrant cafe sees locals and tourists alike swing by for fresh twists on cafe dishes. The community-favourite is the Kai Fan 4.0 (RM24) which they upgrade often, so look forward to new versions in the future! Also good are the Hongkie Beef Stew (RM25) and Better Than Sex (RM20), a sweet dish featuring pandan roti jala with melted cheese, kaya toast-flavoured ice cream and gula Melaka.

Pandan roti jala with melted kaya ice cream and gula melaka sauce RM20
Grilled chicken chop with thai green curry sauce, served with rice, salsa and fried egg (RM24)
The name of the dessert wasn’t the reason I ordered it. Ok...maybe a teeny bit.
The combination of pandan roti jala, sweet kaya toast flavoured ice-cream and gula melaka sauce with salty melted cheese was intriguing. It was topped with slices of strawberry and almonds.
It wasn’t as sweet as I expected, probably due to the non-sweet roti jala and melted cheese. Altogether it was delicious.
I wish they made the roti jala in little rolls like how it usually is. This came in one thick piece and I had to cut it with a knife. And also, maybe a heavier pandan smell. I didn’t smell nor tasted the pandan much.
This is RM20. Best to share.
