The steak at Meadesmoore is nothing short of spectacular. Cooked to perfection, it is sweet, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each bite is a testament to the quality of the meat and the skill of the chefs. It’s a must-try for any steak lover.
.

I recently dined at Meadesmoore for the first time and was eager to try their renowned dishes. I started with the Chilli Crusted Bone Marrow, which was a new experience for me. The spicy, crisp crust gave way to a buttery, savoury interior. The chilli added a nice kick, and the marrow paired perfectly with the sourdough bread, making for a hearty and flavourful start.

For the main course, I enjoyed the Meadesmoore Cut, a 500g steak cooked to medium rare. It was exceptional—the steak was tender and melted in my mouth. The slightly charred sear on the outside enhanced the flavour, making this dish the highlight of the meal.

The Signature Mac and Cheese was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. The casarecce pasta was coated in a rich four-cheese sauce with just a hint of truffle oil. The cheese and truffle flavours were perfectly balanced and not overpowering, making this side incredibly satisfying.

Though I was quite full by the end, I couldn’t resist trying the Tiramisu. I’m glad I did—it was a sweet end to my meal. The dessert was well-soaked in espresso and featured a creamy mascarpone filling, topped with a touch of cocoa. It was a perfect finish to an outstanding dining experience.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and delicious food. The chilli crushed bone marrow was perfectly roasted with a delightful kick, while the wagyu steak was tender, juicy, and flavourful. The mac & cheese was creamy with a crispy top, offering pure comfort in every bite. To finish, the tiramisu was light yet indulgent, perfectly balancing the creamy mascarpone and coffee flavours. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend!

Great place to have a date night! Had the burrata that was topped with balsamic vinegarette caviar that was appetising before having the Meadesmoore Cut. The beef was juicy and cooked to perfection. We then ended off with the Seasonal Eton mess. The dessert was filled with tiny droplets of meringues with some serving of pear. It was the perfect dessert to follow up after steak. Will be back to try the Mac and cheese in the future as i smelt great from the table beside us!

Dropped by during early evening before dinner time and place was alrdy filled with a few customers so reservations are recommended!

Burrata Di Puglise: $28
The burrata was super creamy and fresh, and paired with the ingredients on the plate, it was just the right mix of indulgent and light.

Roasted Cauliflower with Honey Saffron and Ricotta Cheese: $16
Cauliflower dish was a surprise. It was roasted, with a bit of char that gave it an extra flavour. The honey saffron added a subtle sweetness, and the creamy ricotta balanced it all out. The pomegranate seeds on top gave it a nice pop of freshness. Definitely a standout for a veggie dish!

Wagyu Australian Cut of Ribeye and Chuck (500g): $200
The steak was everything you'd want—juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The Wagyu was cooked perfectly! The chimichurri sauce on the side added a nice herby freshness. If you love steak, despite the pricer price tag it's something to consider!

Seasonal Dessert : $18
This dessert was both unique and delicious. It had cream cheese, black coffee jelly, meringue, and ice cream, all layered in a cocktail glass. The mix of sweet and bitter flavours was spot on, and the textures made it so fun to eat. Definitely a creative dessert that I’d recommend.

Service was really good with each dish being explained as it was served. Staff was attentive to when we were finished with our food and ready for the next course! Overall good ambiance and good food, it's worth the price we paid for 👍🏻

Discovered a fantastic steakhouse in Telok Ayer that excels in both quality and service. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are exceptionally professional and friendly, offering top-tier customer service.

We started with the Burrata Di Puglise, which was perfectly portioned for two. The apple slices paired beautifully with the burrata, making it an excellent appetizer.

For the main course, we had their signature Meadesmoore Cut, which was the highlight of our meal. This 500g selection of three different muscle cuts, as explained by the staff, was cooked to perfection—each bite was tender and flavorful. The Salsa Verde sauce added a fresh twist that enhanced the dish.

Our side dish was the Roasted Honey Saffron Cauliflower, which was surprisingly full of flavor and complemented the main course wonderfully.

For dessert, we indulged in their seasonal National Day special, featuring kaya cream, coffee cubes, and crispy bread cubes. The combination of flavors was unique and harmonious, creating a satisfying end to the meal.

Overall, we highly recommend this spot, especially for steak lovers. It's definitely a must-try, and a great place to bring a date too!
