We also got the hojicha parfait which included toasted Rice Krispies, kanten, more shiratama and mixed bean paste, soy milk whipped cream, chestnut and hojicha ice cream. A tad inconsistently icy in certain parts but pretty fragrant in terms of flavours.
This Uji Kintoki (1000¥) is apparently made with 100% natural mineral water from the Shinshu Alps. Nothing too fancy here but just as good using only quality ingredients. The ice was light and fluffy, syrup with condensed milk was just the right amount of sweetness, served with bouncy shiratama and mixed bean paste.
