Ordered @madubakerysg's Madu Bun Box Special on @pickupp.sg recently and it consists of 4 buns in Mentaiko, Umami Mushroom, Classic Garlic and Nori Truffle! The buns were fluffy as usual while stuffed with a lot of filling. It's my first time trying Nori Truffle and I enjoyed it with a strong fragrant truffle flavour though my favourite flavour is still Mentaiko hehe

Well-balanced coffee & milk taste; not acidic or bitter..

White chocolate shell filled with jasmine curd & yuzu mousse; taste refreshing & light, not sweet; biscuit base is crunchy & not dry; good sweet ending dish to balance out the savoury & heavy tasting meal..

Brioche is soft & fluffy; filled with mixed mushroom & kelp; topped with furikake & bonito flakes; savoury & palatable dish best for sharing..

Opted for ciabatta which is lightly crisp outside though slightly tough to chew, not dry; came with few slices or parma ham, thick slices of brie cheese, fresh apple slices & fresh crunchy greens; all the ingredients complement each other well & taste surprisingly light; love the crunch & refreshing taste from the apple slices; another well-executed dish..

Croissant is flaky outside, fluffy & airy inside, love that it's not too buttery; came with cheddar cheese, 4 big fresh & crunchy tiger prawn; drizzled with yuzu mayo & sprinkled with reasonable amount of cereal crumbs; well-executed dish worth the calories & 1 of the best croissant worth a try..
